He is a maternal fetal medicine specialist, who trained in obstetrics and gynecology at the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens, and did his clinical fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine New York Medical College. He completed his medical degree at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and residency and fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
