El coaching siempre ha sido algo que he admirado. A la edad de 3 años, conocí a mi primer entrenador, y no sabía que tendría un entrenador para los siguientes 17 años. Puede preguntarse por qué Alma tiene un entrenador durante 17 años? Bueno, ves que estaba entrenando para ser un nadador competitivo. Como se puede imaginar, al igual que con cualquier deporte para el que entrene de manera competitiva, se requiere Dedicación, Compromiso y Disciplina para tener éxito. Aprendí lecciones muy valiosas de mis entrenadores a lo largo de los años, 3 de las cuales han permanecido conmigo hasta el día de hoy: cómo romper mis limitaciones autoimpuestas, ir más allá de lo esperado y lo más importante para creer en mí mismo. A lo largo de mi viaje, pude encontrar significado en mi vida y esto es lo que me motivó a convertirme en un Entrenador con Efectividad en el Liderazgo Personal (PLE).
