I expose some of my habits and routines that I have and I leave you with a special gift at the end of this episode to bring in Leo season the right way! Until next time, with love. Okay! I'm back for real this time! We're getting into my journey of how my mind was running me and ways to gain control again. I take it back to my childhood and the types of inner child wounds I am working my way out of. I share the process I've developed for myself through the numerous sessions of therapy and shadow work that have aided in gaining control and regulating my emotions in a healthy way as they come up. I talk about letting go of friendships that no longer are in alignment with the current version of myself and how my self-concept has grown stronger and more beautiful. I am wishing you a peaceful week in hopes that in doing my own work it gives you some insight and courage to seek the answers your soul is needing right now. It's been a while loves but I'm back with a little more information about life, love, healing, and growth. I'm excited to share the shadows and light of my journey these past few months. She is healing. She is happier. She is lighter. As Mercury Retrograde ends I can breathe a little easier knowing what I now know. The growth that came out of this, is one of the most beautiful stories I've ever been apart of and I'd do it 1000 years more if it meant exposing the layers of myself. And to do it without fear, shame, and self judgement is to truly be free of the enemy we may have created in our heads. It's a feeling like no other. It's vulnerability. It's pure. It's love. It's light. Until next time, with love.
