The scale. Are daily weigh ins a good thing or a bad thing. Here are my thoughts and reason why you should weigh yourself everyday, maybe twice per day.
Training heavy, what does it mean. You should approach every workout with the heavy mindset if you want to build muscles that grow and perform.
Goals. Simple word and impossible to obtain. Why? Most people set them too high, compare themselves unrealistically, do not write them down and never reward the small accomplishments.
Building muscle is easy, really easy. It's when you over think, over read and over listen that things get screwed up. Keep it simple. Train heavy and stick to core movements and you will build muscle.
