In June of 2022 it will be 50 years since we graduated from Cadillac High School. This is our opportunity to connect with each other prior to our 50th Reunion in July of 2022. Take a listen and see what your classmates have been up to for the last 50 years - you will enjoy their stories and be reminded that often our preconceived notions might not be true.
Carol shares her fascinating 50 year journey with us!

Everyone has a story! And every story is important and interesting, even if sometimes we don't believe it! And guess what?? Your fellow class of '72 classmates would love to hear your story!!When the summer of 2022 rolls around the class of '72 will be 50 years from graduation. While it may seem impossible it will be here soon enough, and we hope to find ways to celebrate and connect. Of course, there will be a class reunion and while we usually have a great turnout only about half of us usually are able to make it. Even if you go, how many conversations are missed altogether? “I didn't get to talk to “x”! Are most conversations about your kids? Where you live? Career? Retired? Or did you even finish a sentence before being interrupted? It happens. Time is short. And what about those who aren't able to attend? I suspect there are former classmates you've wondered about. What is (insert name here) doing these days? I wonder what happened to (insert name here)? Yes, we keep in touch with our really close friends, but how many connections have we let slip away? This is our chance to connect with one and other! Between now and our class reunion in the summer of 2022, we are going to work to record conversations (podcasts) with at least 50 of our classmates. 50 for 50 years! Of course, if we can get more that would be even better. The design of these recording will simply be a conversation. Yes, there may be some standard questions to get us talking, but the real goal is for the opportunity for the classmate being recorded to share their story, what have they been up to. It might be about family. It might be about your passions. It might be about your failures and successes. It might be about overcoming obstacles. It might be lessons learned. It will be about whatever you choose it to be about, but mostly it will be an attempt for each of us to connect a little more. Does everyone want to hear your story? Probably not, but we are convinced that there are plenty of former classmates that will care – and are interested in your story.” We are fortunate to come from a class, where over the years, many have stayed connected – and even you haven't – this would be a great opportunity to do so. Being involved with this project, you may realize you have missed some old friends or fellow classmates, and they may have wondered about you!
