Con el año a punto de terminar, esta semana nos hemos preguntado en qué han quedado todos los planes del Gobierno que había en torno a la bicicleta. Realmente llevamos muchas semanas, incluso meses, con esta pregunta, pero con el 31 de diciembre a la vista ha sido el momento en el que analizamos las medidas y los resultados, lo que se ha pedido por el camino y lanzamos el debate. Para ello lo hacemos con datos, con las noticias que hemos ido publicando a lo largo de estos años y viendo el desenlace que han tenido. Comparamos la efectividad de unas medidas indirectas y a veces arbitrarias, que por otro lado al final su implantación queda en manos de las administraciones locales con las ayudas directas y los planes estatales para la industria del automóvil. Tampoco rehuimos si bajar el IVA de las bicicletas a un tipo reducido sería una medida que potenciase aun más su venta y uso como ha sucedido en Portugal. Pero también ha habido actualidad, y ha estado marcada por la nueva Factor One, una bici que no ha dejado indiferente a nadie por su diseño atrevido y hasta cierto punto revolucionario. Un diseño que, por otro lado, ha sido posible por la relajación de las medidas de diseño por parte de la UCI, porque no hay que olvidar que esta bici, bueno un prototipo bastante parecido a lo que ha sido el resultado final, lo vimos en el Critérium du Dauphiné y que incluso se llevó una victoria de etapa, pero luego fue “baneada”. Otra novedad que hemos tenido ha sido el nuevo Shimano GRX RX717, una versión más económica del GRX Di2 que permite acceder a un grupo gravel electrónico e inalámbrico de forma más económica y que nos permite configuraciones de 1x12 y 2x12. Un rhume de lutin Histoire inédite écrite et lue par Anne-Marie Casault.Dans ce conte charmant, une petite fille nommée Abby réalise que le Père Noël offre des cadeaux à tout le monde, mais n'en reçoit peut-être jamais lui-même. Elle décide donc de lui confectionner un petit présent. Comme elle ne peut pas se rendre au pôle Nord, elle confie son cadeau à une mésange au plumage doré, un oiseau un peu magique qui vient souvent sur son rebord de fenêtre. La mésange s'envole vers le Nord, mais revient quelques jours plus tard avec un drôle de rhume de lutin. Elle éternue des paillettes, fait tomber des guirlandes et multiplie les maladresses rigolotes, au grand amusement d'Abby. À travers ce rhume enchanté, on suit les péripéties de la petite fille et de sa mésange, et on découvre que même les plus petits gestes peuvent apporter beaucoup de joie au pays du Père Noël.

Lorsque George Orwell commence à écrire 1984, à la fin de l'année 1947, il est dans une situation à la fois physique et morale extrêmement fragile. L'image de l'écrivain lent, perfectionniste, travaillant patiemment son manuscrit, ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. La vérité, c'est qu'Orwell s'est lancé dans une course contre la montre. Une course littérale : il sait qu'il est en train de mourir.Depuis plusieurs années, Orwell souffre de tuberculose, une maladie alors difficile à soigner. À l'époque, il se retire sur l'île écossaise de Jura, un lieu isolé, froid, humide… exactement le contraire de ce qu'un médecin recommanderait. Mais il s'y sent libre, protégé du monde qu'il fuit : celui des totalitarismes, des manipulations politiques, des propagandes qui défigurent les mots et les idées. Là-bas, enfermé dans une petite maison rudimentaire, il écrit dans une urgence fébrile.Pourquoi cette précipitation ?D'abord parce qu'il craint que sa santé l'abandonne avant qu'il ne parvienne au bout de son roman. Il écrit donc douze heures par jour, parfois jusqu'à l'épuisement, tapant sur sa machine malgré la fièvre, malgré la toux qui l'étouffe. Les brouillons montrent des corrections hâtives, des phrases reprises à la va-vite. C'est un travail de survie autant que de création.Mais il y a une autre urgence, plus intellectuelle cette fois. Orwell pense que l'histoire est en train de basculer vers un monde où la liberté de pensée recule. La guerre froide commence, les blocs se durcissent, la propagande devient partout un outil central. Pour lui, 1984 n'est pas un roman d'anticipation : c'est un avertissement immédiat, un signal d'alarme. Il doit sortir maintenant, pas dans cinq ans. Attendre serait presque une forme de complicité.Cette double urgence — biologique et politique — explique pourquoi 1984 a été écrit aussi vite. Orwell achève le manuscrit en 1948, l'envoie à son éditeur dans un état d'épuisement total, et meurt quelques mois après la parution, en janvier 1950. Il n'aura jamais vu l'ampleur du phénomène que son livre deviendra.Ainsi, 1984 est né dans une singularité rare : un roman écrit en hâte non pas par négligence, mais par nécessité vitale. L'étoile de Noël Histoire inédite écrite par Amélie Fischer (Amélie Petit Monde), lue par Julie Parent.Dans ce conte tendre de la veille de Noël, Inaya, une petite fille, s'apprête à s'endormir avec les histoires ou les berceuses de ses parents. Ce soir-là, elle est un peu nerveuse, se demandant si le Père Noël viendra si elle ne trouve pas le sommeil. Sa maman lui explique alors que le Père Noël a besoin que les enfants s'endorment le cœur rempli de pensées magiques. Elle invite Inaya à imaginer des choses douces et merveilleuses, comme partager un chocolat chaud avec les lutins. Ainsi rassurée, Inaya s'endort paisiblement, laissant la magie de Noël emplir son cœur avant la grande nuit.
