Today’s episode is in response to a question I’ve gotten from a few people, which is “How do I make new friends?” Having moved over 10 times in my life, and lived in over 7 cities since I was 16, I’d like to think I have some experience with this. Don’t get my wrong, I am not a networking master. I often feel super uncomfortable in new social situations, I can be shy, groups of people intimidate the heck out of me, but I think I’ve come up with some good strategies on how you can, essentially, fake it ‘til you make it.
In this episode, explore how we communicate with ourselves through the use of the word "just." Learn how to open yourself up for more engaging conversations and networking. Explore some of my key goal setting tips that will be useful for you in future episodes.
