Ava has been busy and not sleeping; a killer combo going into the month of March. One of the things occupying her schedule is submitting applications & looking for future jobs and internships. In a turn of events, Ava has RETURNED TO CAMPUS and is readjusting to college life but in a pandemic world. This episode is all about COVID-19 and how she has seen the virus impact aspects of college life. She tells of her quarantine experience and how she has adapted to this new era of in-person learning while highlighting the realities of being mindful in this new environment.

After months of back and forth, TikTok is here to stay (for now). Before the social media app is threatened to be banned (again), Ava talks about her experience with TikTok. What started out as a disinterest in downloading the app turned into Ava’s 15 minutes of fame which then became a total addiction to the minute length videos. She acknowledges the good and ugly parts of TikTok that have made the app a 2020 must-have. Current Cause: This past week, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away due to complications with metastatic pancreas cancer. Before she hits the polls, Ava breakdowns some historical facts of voting and why you should vote. On top of that, she gives her tips on how to approach voting for the first time and what to look for in a political candidate. As the summer comes to an end and her sophomore year comes close, Ava looks back at her freshman year of college. Though this upcoming school year is looking a lot different for millions of Americans, she gives advice for remote and in-person learning and how to crush this new semester despite all that continues to go on in the world. In the first official podcast episode, Ava reports live from her “new house” and discusses moving for the first time. Her childhood home has been something she has grown to love and never anticipated to live without. The reason for the move is broken down alongside Ava’s planning on decorating the new room.
