Hey y'all, we haven't spoken for over two years because I was embarrassed and ashamed at how I've been getting through my fitness journey. It's been a pendulum to say the least. I lost 40lbs during the lockdown of COVID and I gained it right back. At the time I just would beat myself up about it. But I've made a decision and I've been sticking with it. Each day I'm honest with myself and I am deciding daily, hourly, every minute and every second.
