    The Bing Arts Center is the home of the Springfield Community Festival.     The next Springfield Community Festival will feature films, share in author discussion, and present music on Sunday April 22.   A lot of planning is currently in motion.  Our guest is Brian Hale the director of the Bing Arts Center who will talk about the history of the "Bing" and the current success it has reached.    The Bing Arts Center is located in the Forest Park region of Springfield, Massachusetts.
