Yesterday, I got a chance to interview a woman named, Sesily Coleman from Atlanta, GA. Sesily and I have been Facebook friends for many years now, after meeting through a natural hair fb group. We have yet to meet in person, but have chatted a few times over the years. I've always been attracted to Sesily's energy, and boldness. When I learned that Sesily lost her husband to a senseless murder over 9 years ago, I immediately knew I wanted to hear her story. She agreed with no hesitation. Today, I'll be sharing her story with you guys. It's so raw and real. I know it's for someone out there who has dealt with the raw and realness of grief. Sesily talks openly about what life has been like for her, and her two children, since the loss of her husband. She talks about how if you do not deal with it, grief will always catch up with you. Sesily shares about her journey through counseling, and why we need to erase the stigma associated with therapy in the black community.
