In this episode I caught up with former Watford and Aberdeen defender Tommie Hoban. Tommie rose through the ranks at Watford breaking into the first team and winning promotion with The Hornets in 2015. Despite his battle with injuries and two ACL injuries, Tommie continued to play at a high level but at the age of 27, he decided to call time on his career.
On this episode we caught up with professional footballer Giles Coke. Giles has had a great career in the Football League with the likes of Sheffield Wednesday as well as spending some time in the SPL and most recently help Grimsby to promotion to the Football League after an epic play-off campaign.
On this episode we caught up with Jake Howells. Jake is currently captain on National League South Side Hemel Hempstead which is his home town club. Jake however made a name for himself whilst playing for Luton Town making over 300 apperances . During that time he helped Luton rise back through the football pyramid and engraved his names into the history books at Kenilworth Road. Jake also went on to represent both England and Wales at International Level.
We caught up with Ben Greenhalgh to talk about the highs and lows of his career. Ben won Sky One's Football Next Star in 2010 and won a contract with Inter Milan. Following his time in Italy he returned to the UK and the non-league scene becoming an established player at that level. Ben gives us an insight into what it was like in one of the most successful dressing rooms under José Mourinho.
