August 30/31st of this year was the inaugural year of the Southwest Championships. Reef Warfield has been apart of this since January, and has travelled all the way from New Jersey to participate on the main stage. . This interview was awesome, as he was able to express his love for the sport, his experience out in Utah and the Competition, and his will to progress in the sport of functional fitness. .
