We are all scared to take risks. Letting that fear of failure stop us from learning or growing is not what we teach our students - so why is it that we so often find ourselves hesitant to try new things. The risk of failure is misplaced in the classroom. If we fail at trying something new, we reflect, learn and grow from the experience.
