Sometimes you just have to let go, lean into the flow and trust that what will happen is right for you.
Sometimes the universe sends you little signs to get you to take notice and if you don't listen those signs get bigger and louder and can hurt too.
How to become happy, create more love in your life, more success in all aspects and purely by focussing on being happy and filled with gratitude.
The story of how the 5ThingsClear Initiative was conceived and why we should all do our bit to help our mother earth. In this podcast I talk about the whole idea, what it means and how you can easily help too. This is our planet, our home and if we don't do something soon we are in more trouble than we are now.

In this podcast I'm down the beach with the dogs and getting rather wet from the rain and the surf. I'm discussing mindset and not settling. I've recently got passionate about running again and setting myself some pretty big goals. In November this year I'm heading to Everest base camp and a week from now I'm running my first trail half marathon which is a very tough course and I'm excited to be running these distances again having been out of action recently having had a fall back in November when I damaged my shoulder whilst on a climb. Last Saturday I did my first race of the year which was a 10k course around Abersoch, North Wales along with my friends from the running group the Llamwyr Llyn Striders and happy to have smashed my personal best of 1hr 4mins and 40 seconds down from 1hr 15 mins. So I'm getting a lot fitter for sure. Not bad for a 48 year old, 6ft 2inch bloke. I also share on this podcast some of my story from when I was 28 and heavily overweight, depressed and wanting to end it all, on drink and drugs and weighing in at 23 stone (322lbs). I went to the Doctors and they told me I was depressed and prescribed anti-depressants. I went back home and got angry, angry that this was all they could offer but angry at myself for getting in this position. With this anger I decided there and then to take back control and sort myself out. I started running and for someone that large it was quite painful and lots of wobble but I kept at it and then in 18 months time I had shrunk myself down to 13 stone (182lbs) and finished the London Marathon in 3hrs 45 mins feeling amazing and cleaned my act up. Since that day I have used that mindset of knowing I can push myself to great effect. Read more and see the images on the site with the link below www.OnePlanetOnePlace.com/Podcast26
It’s 4:30am and I’m sitting on the summit of my local mountain Garn Fadryn, North Wales waiting for the sunrise. I’d had a hard 10k race yesterday and Sunday is the day my brother and I normally climb but I thought I needed to rest my legs for today but as Chris left the farm I decided to head out with my girls Poppy and Amber and with camera gear we jumped in the car and headed off to the mountain. I felt tired as I slowly hiked up the mountain but knew that at the top it would be worth it. When we arrived at the summit the wind was blowing and it was cold so I decided to sit down just off the summit. Read more and see the pictures at http://www.OnePlanetOnePlace.com/Podcast25
