Veganuary has a simple aim; to encourage as many people as possible to adopt a plant-based diet for the entirety of January. This campaign has grown hugely since its official inception in 2014, with more than 580,000 people taking part last year. Whether it's for health-related, ethical, or environmental reasons, more and more people are trying veganism, including major businesses.
