Let go of the stigma of what meditation needs to be... and hold the space for a new way of being.
Release the grip you have in your physical body, release the grip on knowing... to ultimately get access to freedom and waking up.
Allowing for mystery creates an absence of control - what can you allow for with mystery present as a positive!
Physical attention from bottom to top creates attention on posture which can be just the thing you need to lift you up.
There is a clear beginning, middle and end... draw attention towards each part of the breath.
Allow for what is....fully embrace it all.
