This one went by fast, a lighthearted flow with some fun curveballs.
A strong, fun one tonight with some extra core strength and hip stability.
Bonne écoute !⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Accède à mon programme Let it Flow ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Hébergé par Ausha. I really liked the flow of this one, a well rounded challenge that chugged along nicely.

This was a beautifully even and smooth flow with a long journey kind of sequence.
A calm, quiet, challenging one today.
A moderate evening flow with an unusual sequence. This was one of those ones where class ended but nobody wanted to get up.
A great fundamental yet challenging class on independence day.
A really nice even flow tonight sprinkled with a few unusual challenges.
This was a challenging one. Great energy and flow this morning despite some minor disruptions. Plenty of vinyasas, feel free to skip a few.
Such a beautiful practice this morning with a great, sweet energy. Lots of twists and stabilization around the hips.

This was a simple, friendly, fundamental one. Good for beginners or a chill day, lots of (always optional) vinyasas.
A fantastically mellow one with lots of hips.
In this rich and wide-ranging episode, we sit down with the legendary Rod Stryker to talk about his early days teaching in Los Angeles and how his approach to yoga has evolved over the past 40 years. From the simplicity of sequencing to the complexity of modern distractions (looking at you, phones), we explore the shifts in vinyasa and ask: what's the point if not regulation? If not wholeness? We dive into the importance of embodying what you teach. Shouldn't you actually practice something before you teach it? Rod thinks so. We also talk about learning to see bodies, trusting your own experience, and how to sustain your practice across the decades- letting exercise be exercise and yoga be the meditation it's intended to be, because regulating the nervous system is more important than ever. There's a deep dive into Yoga Nidra (and yes, we teach you how to pronounce it). We explore the liminal, energizing space of yogic sleep that might just be the unsung hero of modern yoga. And of course, there are plenty of laughs along the way- including Giana calling Bradshaw out mid-show (it's hilarious), and we wrap up with a truly funny story from Rod involving a porta-potty. Been really great energy Saturday mornings lately, this one included. Had an ask for opening the shoulders and upper back for “I've been sitting too much” tightness.
Great times today with some lighthearted energy and a moderate flow.
A hippy and shouldery flow tonight with a wonderfully smooth vibe.
This was a fun one, playful, challenging. Great juju, lots of single leg standing.

www.keenonyoga.com | @adam_keen_ashtanga Adam delves into the nuances of Ashtanga Yoga, discussing the balance between traditional practices and modern adaptations. He emphasizes the importance of vinyasa, the role of the diaphragm in breath control, and the need for practitioners to amend their practices to suit individual needs while still respecting the core principles of Ashtanga. The conversation highlights the evolution of yoga practices over time and the significance of both collective and individual experiences in yoga. Restorative backbends, myofascial release, and soothing flow combine here to set you up for a really good day...or a really good night's sleep.
I taught this class kind of wishing I could take it. Just a great all around flow with a little extra attention to hip and core stability.
Big class, sweet energy. Great sequence with lots of (totally optional) opportunities to invert.
Lots of shoulder opening and hamstring length. Sweet energy tonight.
This one really moved with a great rhythm and pace.
Gia-Raquel Rose, owner of Airs Above Yoga, LLC and a real estate sales associate in Tewksbury, New Jersey has had a love for horses stemming from early childhood. Growing up in “horse country” afforded her the privilege of beginning to ride from the tender age of four. It was a childhood illness, which brought her riding aspirations to an abrupt halt. It took twenty years before she was able to reunite with her long lost passion for horses and their ability to heal. In that time, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Arcadia University and became a twice two hundred hour certified yoga instructor in both Hatha and Vinyasa. It was the loss of her mother, Rose, to breast cancer, which ultimately shifted her trajectory from the corporate world to the internal work for which yoga, as a practice, is renowned.
Simple, strong flow and backbends make this one a great way to start (or restart) the day.
Feeling scattered? Or stuck? Try some front-body opening. This practice uses gentle backbends, deep lunges, and three variations on pigeon pose to release tension and open up tight spots.
A moderate evening flow. Lunging and folding up front, deep into the hips down the back end.
A moderate, uncomplicated one on a rainy day.

This was a strong on with a fun group. Lots of core but not a bunch of sit ups. You don't have to do it all.
A mellow, uncomplicated one on a lazy rainy day. Lots of hip opening.
A “bread and butter” type class with vintage vibes on a rainy day.
This one just moved well. A stronger class with lots of vinyasa and upper body strength otherwise.
