Craig says Bitcoin did exactly what he expected, breaking below the critical $74,000 support level and quickly falling through $65,000. He believes both the weekly and monthly charts now confirm a downtrend, with lower highs and lower lows pointing toward the possibility of further downside before a true bottom is established. While he's not trying to predict the exact low, Craig says he'd become an aggressive buyer in the $50,000–$55,000 range and would be even more interested if Bitcoin fell into the mid-$40,000s.Despite the bearish outlook, Craig believes Bitcoin is becoming stretched to the downside and could see a relief rally back toward $65,000 in the near term. He also highlights similar bearish structures across Ethereum, Cardano, Solana, and Bitcoin Cash, noting that Cardano produced one of the cleanest short setups of the week. His message remains consistent: follow the trend, manage risk, and focus on high-probability setups rather than trying to pick tops and bottoms.Check Craig out at:Market Intern: https://marketintern.com/The Grow Me Co: https://www.thegrowmeco.com/ Hosted on Acast. From there, things get unexpectedly historical: Tom breaks down the story of the guy who invented the meter and got guillotined for it, which leads them down a rabbit hole of people killed for their big ideas, the French Revolution as the original cancel culture, and Martin Luther versus the Catholic Church. Then it gets personal — Bert tells the full Patrice O'Neal story: getting destroyed at his first open mic, the Edinburgh trip where they lived together for 29 days watching Bruce Lee movies and Bert getting his feelings systematically demolished, and the moment he found out Patrice had tweeted something kind about him right before the stroke. Tom and Bert also spiral deep into funeral planning — who's required to show up, who gets a Sandler video instead of a live appearance, why Ari's funeral is going to involve hardcore Brooklyn relatives and a lot of confusion, the Andrew Schultz balloon clown apology Bert wants delivered posthumously, and whether or not to get cremated when science might figure something out. The Teasley Regime Begins: Process Talk, Eric Wilson's Encore, and OTA Standouts — Dave Stefano and Darren Campbell discuss new Vikings GM Nolan Teasley's first media availability, noting his brief, “process”-heavy answers, praise of Rob Brzezinski, and Mark Wilf's statement that Teasley has final 53-man roster authority while consulting Kevin O'Connell and Brian Flores; Teasley also emphasized building in the trenches. They debate whether linebacker Eric Wilson, re-signed on a three-year, $22.5M deal, can repeat his 2025 career year (career highs in sacks, forced fumbles, TFLs, QB hits, heavy snap load), citing age/consistency concerns but confidence in Flores' usage. OTA notes include undrafted WR Dillon Bell drawing attention for explosiveness and versatility, and DL Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins getting edge reps. Steve Cox, CEO of Clari + Salesloft, joins Sam Jacobs and Asad Zaman to argue that SaaS is far from dead. Steve took the CEO role in December 2025 to merge two of the biggest brands in go-to-market tech into what he calls the world's first predictive revenue system. Topics include the narrative war pushing investors to bet against SaaS-era companies, his one non-negotiable hiring trait, and how to merge two former rivals without one culture eating the other. Plus, a Quiz Pro Quo on go-to-market headcount across US tech and a Bulls and Bears round to close. Key Takeaways: - The AI-native startup boom is already hitting a retention wall, and Steve is watching it arrive deal by deal. As Steve Cox, CEO of Clari plus Salesloft, put it: "the amount of AI native companies that come across my desk now that... are up for sale, you know, they've run out of funding... they grew to 2, 3, 4 million of ARR pretty quickly and then struggled with retention." His read is that everyone knows AI exists now, so driving real adoption "has become more important than ever." - Steve reframes the AI hype cycle as the next layer of infrastructure the industry will absorb, the way it absorbed cloud and big data. As he points out, "how many of us are gonna be talking about AI 3 years from now, 4 years from now?... when was the last time someone mentioned the cloud or Internet of Things or big data?" He expects AI to "layer into everything that we do," which is why he is embedding it into existing revenue workflows rather than fundamentally rebranding the company around it. - The one non-negotiable trait Steve screens for in every executive hire is low ego, because he believes "high ego kills innovation and kills speed." He pairs that with blunt clarity for a merged workforce, telling his first all-hands "It's okay to not to want to be here," so the people who do not buy into the combined company can find the exit fast instead of dragging it down. - Sam Jacobs, CEO of Pavilion, argues a profitable SaaS business with strong retention should ignore where the market trades today. "In the short term, markets are voting machines. In the long term, markets are weighing machines," he said, adding that if you are profitable with good retention, "your customers are voting for you on behalf of the market." The job, in his framing, is to be right long enough that you never have to tap the capital markets at the wrong moment. Today's episode starts exactly where every responsible adult conversation should: arguing about soap. Not just any soap—man soap. The gang dives headfirst into a surprisingly passionate debate about Dr. Squatch, exfoliating gravel bars, suspiciously delicious-sounding soap scents, and whether smelling aggressively clean is actually a good thing. Somehow, this spirals into discussions about farmer's market soap, Bigfoot marketing, and the lengths men will go to avoid using the word "exfoliate."Then things get serious... sort of.A listener writes in with a family dilemma after her boyfriend receives an unexpected work bonus. Should they save the money for their future, start a college fund, or take their five-year-old to Disney World right now? The crew debates memories versus money, experiences versus savings accounts, and whether a five-year-old is even going to remember spending thousands of dollars chasing Mickey Mouse around Florida. The results? Surprisingly thoughtful advice mixed with the usual chaos.Speaking of questionable life decisions, the crew reacts to the wild story of a family stranded 120 feet in the air on the SkyScreamer ride at Six Flags St. Louis. Three hours. A storm rolling in. Zero chance Moon would ever get on that ride again. The gang breaks down the rescue operation, amusement park nightmares, and somehow ends up discussing roller coaster accidents, rescue blankets, and surviving things that absolutely sound unsurvivable. As if that wasn't enough, social media's latest trend enters the chat: Tan Maxxing. Yes, apparently people are intentionally chasing the deepest tan possible while documenting every minute of it online. The crew dives into tanning bed memories, spray tan horror stories, suspicious tanning lotions, and revisits one of the most legendary moments in Rizz history: the time Rizz spray-tanned himself into another dimension. You'll also hear stories about Hot or Not ratings from the early internet days, bizarre beauty trends, celebrity-level tanning mistakes, window-seat radiation fears, Six Flags identity crises, and enough random side quests to make GPS navigation give up entirely. This episode is a perfect example of why this daily comedy show somehow survives every day despite itself. One minute we're discussing family finances, the next we're debating whether Six Flags could successfully pretend to be Disney World for a five-year-old. Logic is optional. Laughs are mandatory. If you love a daily comedy show filled with ridiculous stories, unexpected debates, and a group of friends who can turn literally any topic into a disaster, this episode delivers. Thanks for listening to another daily comedy show from The Rizzuto Show.
