Lindsey’s website includes a downloadable link to her reading guide and activity book, virtual read along and how to order your copy. www.wigglesstompsandsqueezes.com The reading guide is 20 pages full of great activities and information. It gives a breakdown of the 8 senses, and questions to ponder throughout the book. I love the self reflection part of this activity guide and the Sensory Play Planner.

Here’s what I learned so far about laughter: 15 minutes of belly laughing is better than 15 minutes of abs! Belly laughing has same benefits as running. Belly laughing real or fake doesn’t matter, it releases endorphins and helps combat stress. When you engage in laughter (real or fake) the body starts to feel the emotion through decreased cortisol and increased endorphins.
