What if the reason love keeps slipping through your fingers has nothing to do with the people you date and everything to do with the relationship you have with yourself? In this deeply honest and soul-stirring episode of Mirror Talk: Soulful Conversations, we explore the unseen inner work that creates real, lasting love. Our guest, nationally recognised relationship coach and bestselling author Roy Biancalana, invites us to look beyond manifestation clichés and dating strategies and instead turn inward, where true transformation begins.Roy introduces the powerful concept of being in “relationship shape” and explains why repeating the same romantic patterns is not bad luck but unexamined conditioning. Together, we unpack emotional blind spots, unconscious resistance to intimacy, masculine and feminine energy balance, and why solitude is not a weakness but a necessary initiation into mature love. This conversation is not about finding the right person. It is about becoming the person who can sustain love.Key Quote from This Episode“You do not attract love by wanting it more. We're diving deep into Francis Weller's third gate of grief: the sorrows of the world. This gate reminds us that collective losses like wars, violence, injustice, and environmental destruction impact us whether we acknowledge them or not. We are interdependent beings, wired for connection, and when we try to shut down our caring to protect ourselves, we sacrifice our capacity for joy, flexibility, and resilience. The challenge is to trust our intuitive drive to care and connect, even when it feels uncomfortable. We'll offer some practical strategies to meet that challenge and to help you stay open to collective grief without being overwhelmed by it. CONTENT WARNING: This episode discusses gun violence. Send a textHave you ever been told you must follow some sort of rule to be right with God? For some, this means observing the Sabbath, for others, it's vegetarianism or keeping Old Testament feasts or adhering to a strict Calendar of events and Christian practices. Such beliefs are often deeply held, but their dogmatic implementation by some can be both imprisoning and confusing. If God gave the law, does ignoring them mean we're lawless, or are we free to act as we please? To explore this, we'll study Galatians—a book dealing directly with whether rule-keeping is necessary for salvation….Support the showFollow and Support All my Creative endeavours on Patreon. This is part one of a two-part story with Heather. This survivor's story comes with disclaimers having to do with heavy drug usage, narcissism, physical violence, and attempted murder. Heather has selflessly brought her story to us. It would be a mistake to think what happened to her was due to drug usage. Drugs do not cause abuse; they make abuse worse. And Heather knows all about this. You'll hear about her narcissistic parents, abusive boyfriends, and her abusive ex-husband. It is practically a miracle that she is still alive today. Heather somehow managed to find the good person she was always meant to be. She can thank herself and her son, Abe, for saving her life. Together, they kept her alive and today are both flourishing. Be sure to share the story with someone who needs to hear it. In this episode of Don't Miss This, Dave Butler and Grace Freeman continue Abraham's story in Genesis 18–23 and watch the promises of God begin to unfold in real and messy ways. From radical hospitality to wilderness rescues, these chapters reveal a God who shows up, pursues, and provides. The lesson begins with Abraham running to welcome divine visitors on an ordinary afternoon, reminding us that the Lord appears in everyday moments and that we choose how fully we invite Him in. Placed beside it is Lot's story, where lingering and looking back contrast with Abraham's trust. Yet even there, the rescue continues. In houses of sin and cities on the brink, God still calls, “Escape,” revealing a heart determined to save. Genesis 21 and 22 then place two powerful stories side by side. In the wilderness, Hagar discovers the God who sees and provides a well where she least expects it. On Mount Moriah, Abraham and Isaac walk together toward a sacrifice, and the Lord provides a ram, foreshadowing the Lamb who would come later. In both stories, we see the same truth: whether in personal wilderness or eternal need, Jehovah Jireh is the God who provides. These chapters invite us to remember the mountains in our own lives where the Lord has seen us and supplied what we needed. He is the God who comes unto us, who rescues, and who provides, again and again. By shifting our mindset from fantasy to action, we can use those same stories to build strength, courage, and adventure in our own lives. Read along with the original article(s) here: https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/dont-escape-get-inspired/ Quotes to ponder: "We can daydream about becoming Superman, the man of steel, or we can find a way to get stronger." You can follow the rules, work hard, and still be overlooked. That's the reality of most 9–5 jobs. Promotions often have less to do with talent and more to do with politics, favoritism, or timing. And even those who make it to the top often trade their freedom for stress, burnout, and a paycheck they didn't even get to set.In this episode, we're pulling back the curtain on the corporate system—one that convinces you it's “safe” while quietly keeping you small, replaceable, and dependent. You'll learn why real security doesn't come from waiting to be chosen. It comes from building something of your own. We'll explore why entrepreneurship, especially through coaching, isn't the risky move it's made out to be. It's actually the smartest path to take if you want control over your income, your time, and your future. If you've ever felt like the 9–5 wasn't built for you… this episode will confirm why you're absolutely right. To start a successful coaching business, visit www.thrivingcoachacademy.com.

The French philosopher Blaise Pascal once famously said, 'All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone.' We often treat boredom as a minor annoyance, but modern psychology tells us it is actually a powerful drive that can push us toward addiction, unnecessary drama, and destructive risks just to feel alive. In this episode, we will explore why your brain hates the quiet, and how to turn that restless energy into creativity instead of chaos. New Episode of the Happiness Podcast with Dr. Robert Puff, Ph.D.
Keir Starmer has headed to Germany for the Munich Security Conference to meet allies and discuss defence, NATO and the war in Ukraine. He is expected to meet Chancellor Merz and President Macron later, before delivering a speech in the morning. But – after his worst week as Prime Minister – can Starmer use this moment to reset his image as one of a statesman on the world stage, or could his problems follow him to Munich? Lisa Haseldine is attending the conference and joins Tim Shipman and James Heale to discuss.Produced by Patrick Gibbons.Become a Spectator subscriber today to access this podcast without adverts. Continue our walk around World Showcase as we pick up right where the last episode left off. After stepping out of Reflections of China and into the bright midday sun, we still have a little time before our lunch reservation. So we make our way toward the warm glow of the Mexico Pavilion.Crossing into the cool twilight of the pyramid, we head straight into the queue for the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros. The line is wonderfully short today, and before long our boat slips into the water, drifting past the bustling restaurant and into the ancient ruins beyond. From there, Donald, Panchito, and José Carioca whisk us through music, color, and a bit of playful chaos on their lively journey across Mexico. It's a lighthearted, charming escape — and we're back outside again in record time, just in time for lunch. For the best experience, put on your favorite headphones and enjoy this immersive binaural ride‑through from inside Epcot's Mexico Pavilion.

In Episode 145 of Rugpull Radio, GMoney welcomes Jesse Tevelow for a forward-looking conversation on Bitcoin's evolving role in a rapidly changing technological landscape. The discussion explores what “life after Bitcoin” really means—not abandoning it, but building on top of it—as AI acceleration, digital infrastructure, and financial decentralization reshape the global economy. Jesse lays out the case for sovereign money in an era of expanding fiat instability, explaining how Bitcoin's fixed supply, network effects, and censorship resistance position it as a foundational layer for the coming “golden age.” The conversation dives into AI-driven productivity, exponential tech growth, and why traditional financial systems may struggle to keep pace. They also examine cultural resistance to change, the psychological hurdles of exiting fiat dependency, and the strategic patience required for long-term adoption. This episode blends macroeconomics, emerging tech, and personal sovereignty into a clear message: the future isn't just about holding Bitcoin—it's about understanding how it integrates into the next wave of global transformation.

Five Years Trapped With Her Cocaine Dealer with Gladys Seisay | The Hopeaholics PodcastIn this powerful episode of the Hopeaholics Podcast, Gladys Seisay shares her raw and unfiltered journey from growing up in Sierra Leone to navigating trauma, addiction, domestic violence, jail, and ultimately fighting her way back to freedom. What started as teenage rebellion turned into alcohol abuse, cocaine addiction, and a five-year abusive relationship that nearly cost her everything. Gladys opens up about losing her eyesight at seven, surviving sexual assault, being arrested instead of her abuser, and the spiritual moments that kept her alive in her darkest hours. This episode is a testament to resilience, faith, and the reality of how trauma and addiction intertwine. If you or someone you love is struggling, this conversation is proof that no matter how far you fall, recovery is possible. Her story highlights how unhealed pain can manifest in destructive cycles, but also how courage and self-awareness can break them. The vulnerability she brings to this conversation sheds light on the hidden layers of shame, manipulation, and trauma bonding that many people silently endure. Through honesty and reflection, Gladys shows what it truly takes to reclaim your voice and your power. Clara Mattei is an economist who wants us to rethink the idea that capitalism is simply the natural order of things. She is an author and professor of economics whose work explores how economic ideas become tools of power, shaping policy while masking the political decisions beneath. Her new book, Escape from Capitalism, argues that many of the problems that we see as inevitable - poverty, unemployment, inflation - are built into the system and shored up by models and theories designed to convince us that there is no alternative. On this episode of Ways to Change the World, Krishnan Guru-Murthy speaks to Mattei about whether there is an alternative to capitalism.
This week we're featuring a lost sound of the countryside – the curious melodies of clattering mills. These were wind-powered devices on tall poles that made a racket to scare birds from the crops – especially starlings plundering cherry crops. Thanks to Sonke Prigge for collecting these incredible sounds, which will be included in the British Library's Very Rare and Lost Sounds collection. This is special strand within the Library's national sound archive dedicated to preserving audio that's at risk of disappearing or already forgotten.BBC Countryfile Magazine's Sound Escapes are a weekly audio postcard from the countryside to help you relax and transport you somewhere beautiful, wherever you happen to be. In this episode of the Federal Help Center Podcast, Ryan Atencio shares his experience as someone who has worked both sides of the table — first as a government customer developing performance work statements, cost estimates, and source selections for tens of millions of dollars in contracts, and later as a contractor selling directly to Special Operations units after leaving the military in 2021. He shares how capturing end-user requirements and building custom "kits" can create a powerful edge that competitors can't easily match. The conversation then goes behind the curtain into the world of Special Operations professional service contracts, including highly specialized SERE (Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape) training support. You will get a rare look at how opportunities are found live on SAM.gov, shaped through source sought responses, and "shredded" quickly using AI tools like Gemini to extract the who/what/why before competition even wakes up. This is a masterclass in modern capture strategy for serious federal contractors. In this powerful episode of Unleashing Intuition Secrets, Michael Jaco sits down with former software engineer and author Cregg Lund to discuss the experiences that inspired his controversial book Silicon Satan. Lund shares how his journey inside Silicon Valley — once driven by excitement and innovation — transformed into a sobering awakening about the deeper forces and power structures he believes operate behind the tech world. Drawing from personal encounters and firsthand observations, Lund explains how Silicon Satan reflects what he witnessed within elite technology circles, including hidden influence, ethical conflicts, and the spiritual and moral struggles he faced while working inside the system. He recounts the turning points that led him to walk away from Silicon Valley entirely, including the dramatic circumstances surrounding his departure and his decision to live outside conventional society. The conversation explores broader themes raised in Silicon Satan — the concentration of technological power, the influence of major tech institutions on society, and the inner battle between truth, integrity, and control in a rapidly evolving digital world. Lund also discusses life after leaving Silicon Valley and how his experiences reshaped his understanding of freedom, purpose, and spiritual clarity. This episode offers a deeper look into the ideas behind Silicon Satan, the human story behind the book, and one insider's perspective on technology, power, and personal awakening.
