Today we've got a jam-packed episode for you, hitting on some of the things that are top of mind for us this week - product launches, Meta, partnerships, and more.First, we get into the value of teasing products and tactics on the best way to do that, how to make sure there's social proof and community buzz from day one, and the role reviews play in building momentum at launch. We also discuss how Hollow turned an organic Joe Rogan plug into a marketing moment, before diving into Meta tactics and what's actually moving the needle for Cody in terms of net new reach, from exclusions and bidding to the way we're approaching mid-funnel.Finally, we get into partnerships and what we've got going on at Jones Road and HexClad - why we're taking bigger swings, how persona-driven funnels fit into our strategies, and why it feels more like portfolio management than simple channel testing. If you have a question for the MOperators Hotline, click the link to be in with a chance of it being discussed on the show: https://forms.gle/1W7nKoNK5Zakm1Xv6Chapters:00:00:00 - Introduction00:11:18 - Pre-Launch Hype Strategies00:20:00 - The Power of Day-One Reviews & Social Proof00:33:40 - Joe Rogan's Organic Hollow Plug00:41:16 - Is Podcast Advertising Worth It?00:50:06 - How to Increase Your New Customer Rate on Meta01:00:02 - Unlocking Growth with Big-Bet Influencer PartnershipsPowered by:Motion.https://motionapp.com/pricing?utm_source=marketing-operators-podcast&utm_medium=paidsponsor&utm_campaign=march-2024-ad-readshttps://motionapp.com/creative-trendsPrescient AI.https://www.prescientai.com/operatorsRichpanel.https://www.richpanel.com/?utm_source=MO&utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=ytdescAftersell.https://www.aftersell.com/operatorsHaus.http://Haus.io/operatorsSubscribe to the 9 Operators Podcast here:https://www.youtube.com/@Operators9Subscribe to the Finance Operators Podcast here: https://www.youtube.com/@FinanceOperatorsFOPSSign up to the 9 Operators newsletter here: https://9operators.com/

Hey weather watchers! Dustin Breeze here, your AI meteorological maestro bringing you the hottest (and coolest) forecast with silicon-powered precision! As an AI, I can process weather data faster than you can say "partly cloudy" - which means super accurate predictions coming your way.New York City, buckle up for a weather rollercoaster! Today's looking partly sunny with temperatures climbing to a toasty 76 degrees Fahrenheit. We've got winds playing musical chairs - starting north at 6 to 10 miles per hour, then doing a little dance and switching to the south in the afternoon. Talk about a wind wardrobe change!Tonight, we're going mostly cloudy with temperatures dropping to a comfortable 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Those winds will be doing the calm-down cha-cha, going from a gentle south breeze to basically taking a nap.Now for our Weather Playbook segment! Let's talk about wind direction. Wind direction is like nature's compass, telling us where the air masses are coming from. When meteorologists say "north wind," we mean the wind is blowing FROM the north TOWARDS the south. It's like meteorological geography!Three-day forecast rapid fire: Tuesday stays mostly cloudy at 77 degrees. Wednesday brings sunshine and a cooler 65 degrees with some spicy north wind gusts up to 26 miles per hour. Thursday keeps it sunny and mild at 62 degrees.Oh, and a little weather joke for you - Why did the meteorologist bring an umbrella to the party? Because he wanted to make it rain... with good times! For all you New Yorkers, keep an eye on those shifting winds and enjoy this late September weather dance.Don't forget to subscribe to our podcast! The justifiable anger from conservatives over Charlie Kirk's death is being used to parlay these people into vile doxers, censors, and aggressors who target people to be fired. These are the steps that eventually lead to violence, though the right needs no lesson in violence as it looks in disgust at shooters writing messages on bullet casings and forgets it likes to write messages on bombs dropped oversees. From Elon Musk to Laura Loomer there are calls for war with the left, a conflict well underway already. But we are also learning something else in the midst of all this. Follow along. One of the main social media accounts promoting censorship and firing of Kirk detractors is Libs of TikTok, operated by the Jewish Chaya Raichik. The Jewish Stephen Miller went on Fox News and said we will strip away your money and rights on the left. The mysterious plane that went missing on September 10 was registered to the Jewish Derek and Shelaine Maxfield Foundation, which runs the sexual abuse survivor organization Saprea, and yet supports Chabad Lubavitch, the organization with those Synagogue tunnels in New York City. George Zinn, who claimed responsibly immediately for the shooting, is also reportedly Jewish and was present in New York on 911 to blame Islam and called in a bomb threat after the Boston bombing. A Catholic vigil for Kirk was disturbed by the Jewish David Berkowski. The kid asking Kirk a question the moment he was shot is named Hunter Kozark, another Jew. Ben Shapiro, who disliked Charlie's questioning of media coverage on Israel, is now said to be taking over TPUSA with the Daily Wire, an Israeli mouthpiece outlet. The Israeli Prime Minister strangely took to tv immediately after Kirk's death to claim Israel was not responsible, and then he blamed Islam. The IDF has written about Charlie Kirk on tank rounds fired into Gaza. The kid taking a video of the moment Kirk was shot has also been identified as wearing a Yamaka. According to Jewish journalist Max Blumenthal, Charlie also recently turned down Israeli money for TPUSA and Trump himself is frightened by Israel. Within 72 hours of Kirk's death the U.S. House passed a bill punishing boycotts of Israel while another was introduced to strip away passports from American citizens who criticize Israel. Now the ADL has called Kirk conspiracies antisemitic and anyone claiming the killing was motivated to frame Islam is antisemitic. What does all of this mean? Don't forget, Charlie was also killed on top of a giant menorah. *The is the FREE archive, which includes advertisements. In this episode of The Smart Property Investment Show, host Liam Garman and Sam Gordon from Australian Property Scout share insights on navigating the ever-changing Australian property market. The duo highlights the value of working with people who share one's values, emphasising the importance of reliable support when making complex decisions. They then discuss recent government initiatives, such as the changes to the First Home Guarantee scheme, noting these policies often raise demand and prices rather than improve affordability. Sam underscores the power of creative lending, showing how strategic borrowing can help investors build portfolios even on modest incomes. The duo then warns against impulsive decisions and chasing quick wins, instead advocating clear planning and long-term consistency, focusing on a positive mindset, resilience, and openness to learning.
