For those of you who have made a "comeback" to competition, you have likely experienced a range of emotions regarding that decision and your identity as a competitor. How it went, how I felt about how it went, and how I will do things differently next time. You'll also hear from my friend and health and fitness coach for riders, Andrea Otley as we tackle your burning questions... If you have health and fitness questions for future episodes, please send them in to our contact page.
