Pat Engleman is a founding member of the Pennsylvania league and now the lead coach supporter. In Part 1, we discuss the coach retreats in PA and Arkansas and review some of our take-aways. 

Eric Blocker and I sit down to discuss what drives him to be a coach, some of the impact he is seeing in his community, a couple of our biggest mistakes, and head coach succession planning.

Tim Keith is a physical education teacher at Ardis Ann Middle School and the Team Director of Lincoln Jr HS NICA team. He has been an AR-NICA coach since day one. Through his efforts in his middle school and NICA team, his impact on the community cannot be overstated. We discuss his "Why", coach recruitment, and methods of success for his team.

Matt Gunnell is one of the longest tenured league directors in the nation. He and I sit down to discuss the origins of the SoCal league, online leaders summits, and how teams benefit from coaches seeking the highest levels of training available to them.

I sit down with two guests this time. Jon and Fred are Co-Directors of the Maryland league. We start with "Why". Terry Coddington explains his Why for coaching. Then, we go on to talk about the explosive growth of the Conway Bearcats and his large group of highly trained coaches.
