We take a peek behind the curtain with Joycelyn May about how she approaches creating cannabis edibles and her path to becoming a food scientist. 

We have a wonderful conversation lined up with visual artist Sarah Darlene Palmeri. While she primarily identifies as a painter, Sarah often uses different tools that serve as a substitute for paint, ranging from fabrics like bedsheets and clothing to more organic objects like wood, seeds, and sand. We dive into her journey in becoming an artist, her 2020 Saga Residency in Iceland, and how cannabis aids in her creativity and mindfulness. We speak with Jennifer Axcell about her personal relationship with cannabis for herself and her dog, Lola. She shares her personal story being introduced to cannabis and the road that lead to the creation of her non-profit company Leaf 411. Leaf411 is a completely free multi-language chat and hotline run by certified cannabis nurses. 

We sit down with Chef Dave Hadley, winner of Chopped, and consultant of cannabis company Spherex to discuss his intersecting expertise of restaurants and cannabis in Denver. Originally from New Jersey, Hadley offers an insider's view into some of the infused dinners he has prepared as well as some of the struggles he has faced pursuing his passions.
