Christian and Torey link back up to make their picks for each divisional winner for the 2019 NVSL season, as they contemplate @NVSLstatistics methodology and predictions. Later, Chris Mack, NVSL Seeding Committee chair and longtime coach, joins the show to discuss the process for seeding divisions as well as share a few memories of her own.

Additionally, the hosts have a larger conversation about the sport of swimming and how it is covered on TV while pointing out a number of changes they would like to see made to make the viewing experience more in-depth.

Christian and Torey record live from Chesterbrook pool before the Overlee - Chesterbrook Division 1 championship meet. Torey and Christian do a final league recap, looking at how each division has shaped out over the previous 4 weeks, and make predictions for the final meet. Additionally, former head coaches of the Tigersharks and Flying Fish, Colin Stuver and Beth Baker, join the hosts to talk about the history of this epic rivalry between these two dominant pools before making their own meet predictions!
