Jermaine Todd is a Pro bodybuilder and a free thinker with interesting perspectives and a deep passion for bodybuilding. No question that "JT" will reach the Olympia stage sooner than later but more importantly, JT is a man of his word. Loyalty and integrity are some of his stronger attributes as a human but the mixture of his incomparable work ethic and determination make him an unstoppable force in any arena he places himself in. Very excited to follow JT's career in anything he does.

Had the pleasure of having woman's figure IFBB pro Olivia Bian on the podcast this evening. We discussed how she got into bodybuilding and much more. Olivia is from China and has such an energetic personality. She won first place at the Chicago Pro this past year, as well as made her first apearance on the Olympia stage. Life isn't always black and white like we thought. We need to learn to find the gray area in life. We all didn't grow up the same or in the same circumstances and having an open mindset to everybodys different view will help us get to that gray area that we can all live. The first episode of the Extra AF podcast. Getting to know myself and my 13 year old daughter Victoria Grace. We shared some laughs and even some tears but this was alot of fun and I'm looking forward to our future guests.
