There are two sets of priorities in every life: the ones you say you have, and the ones your actions actually reveal. In this episode of DarrenDaily On-Demand, Darren Hardy names the gap between them and introduces a question that most high achievers are not ready to answer. He calls it the Observer Test: if a complete stranger watched you for a week, with no emotional investment and no excuses to make, how seriously would they say you take your own goals? Darren also walks through the three-step process for closing the Say-Do Gap and explains why people who change their actions rather than lowering their goals are the ones who actually get there. On today's episode of The CLS Experience, Craig Siegel shares a powerful lesson on why chasing outcomes often keeps people stuck, while focusing on process creates lasting results. Craig challenges listeners to stop obsessing over goals and start becoming the person capable of producing them. He explains that winning is not a result, it's a pattern, and that true success comes from building an identity rooted in consistent execution. Through personal stories from his return to training for the Brooklyn Half Marathon and the New York City Marathon, Craig illustrates how progress accelerates when you focus on daily actions rather than immediate results. He also introduces a seven day challenge to help listeners detach from outcomes, track process instead of performance, and develop the mindset of someone who executes no matter what. This episode is a powerful reminder that extraordinary results are built through ordinary actions repeated consistently over time.0:15 Stop Chasing Results and Become the Producer0:54 The Power of Detachment01:52 Why Process Beats Outcomes Every Time02:30 The Seven Day Execution Challenge05:36 Building an Identity That Executes No Matter WhatEarly Bird Tickets now available for our October live event, CLS: Formation HERE:To join our community click here.➤ To connect with Craig Siegel follow Craig on Instagram➤ Order a copy of my new book The Reinvention Formula today! ➤ Join our CLS texting community for free daily inspiration and business strategies to elevate your day, text (917) 634-3796➤ INSTAGRAM➤ FACEBOOK➤ TIKTOK➤ YOUTUBE➤ WEBSITE➤ LINKEDIN➤ X

Dry July, No Drama: Daily Tips for a Take It or Leave It Relationship With Alcohol Episode 19: Conditions Are Never Perfect - Do It Anyway - Dry July, No Drama Nobel Prize-winning author Doris Lessing once wrote: "Whatever you're meant to do, do it now. The conditions are always impossible." This is exactly what I want to say to you today. Your brain is going to look for every reason to keep you doing the same thing you have always done. Biologically, evolutionarily, your brain and body are wired to believe that change is unsafe. Back in caveman days its whole job was to preserve energy - and change requires energy. So your brain will always look for reasons to stay the same. Even if staying the same is making you really unhappy, it will still choose that, because it feels safer to stick with what it knows than to risk something different. There is no "right time." Waiting for the perfect moment, flawless resources, or total readiness is a trap Life is inherently messy and circumstances will never perfectly align The very act of starting often alters the impossible conditions into something manageable Conditions are never perfect. Do it anyway. There are so many reasons your brain will try to tell you it is the wrong time. That you cannot do it. That it is not for you. Do not believe it. Changing my relationship with alcohol is the best thing I have ever done in my whole life. This episode is part of Dry July, No Drama - a daily MidlifeAF podcast mini series with tips for cutting back on alcohol without willpower, labels or forever. My free preparation tools below will help you start despite the chaos, not wait for the conditions to be perfect. If you've been waiting to feel confident, certain, or fearless before taking the next step toward the life you want, this episode is for you. I'm exploring the one question that can completely transform how you relate to fear, failure, rejection, and uncertainty. You'll learn why your biggest obstacles aren't your circumstances, but the emotional meanings you've attached to them, and how building a new relationship with discomfort can unlock greater freedom, resilience, and self-trust. ✨ Tune in to learn why when you stop organizing your life around avoiding difficult feelings, everything changes. Your weekly reflection questions: What feeling am I working hardest to avoid right now, and how is that avoidance affecting my life? Where am I allowing discomfort to determine my decisions instead of my vision? What would change if I trusted myself to handle the emotions I'm afraid of experiencing?
Dry July, No Drama: Daily Tips for a Take It or Leave It Relationship With Alcohol Episode 18: What Was Alcohol Keeping You Safe From Experiencing? - Dry July, No Drama I want you to really listen to this one. Instead of beating yourself up after you have drunk more than you wanted to - focus on the data. Stop being so judgemental. Judgement puts us into a state of dysregulation, and dysregulation makes us much more likely to drink. In my programs we work on data, not blame. We work on growth mindset, not self-attack. It is always: what did I not yet know how to do? The question to ask yourself every single time this happens during your preparation week: What was alcohol keeping me safe from experiencing? For many of us there is a harsh inner critic constantly telling us everything we did wrong and catastrophising everything that is about to happen. Often, drinking is trying to make that voice stop. Often it is trying to keep us pushing through when we are exhausted - or trying to help us relax because we genuinely do not know how to do that without it. For so many women it is exhaustion. Burnout. Needing to stop. We have been culturally conditioned to push through our nervous system and judge ourselves the moment our capacity is not where we think it should be. Alcohol stops us from experiencing ourselves as less than capable. It gives us permission to stop - because we do not know how to give that permission to ourselves. For me it was different again - alcohol let me stay in the room with my family and actually engage when all I wanted was time alone. My brain had been conditioned to believe wanting that time alone was selfish. It let me focus on their needs when everything in me wanted to focus on what I needed to get done. There are a million versions of this question. What is it helping you avoid experiencing? Once you understand what alcohol has been keeping you safe from - you can start to explore what you actually need instead. This episode is part of Dry July, No Drama - a daily MidlifeAF podcast mini series with tips for cutting back on alcohol without willpower, labels or forever. My Awareness Worksheets are perfect for asking yourself exactly this question - without judgement, with curiosity. See links below: FREE TOOLS - four beautiful resources to help you drink less and feel fabulous: 7 Steps to Take Back Control of Alcohol - the exact steps I took when I started out on this journey nearly five years ago. https://www.hoperisingcoaching.com/7-steps Awareness Worksheets - if you do nothing else, working through the answers to these questions will change your relationship with alcohol for the better. https://www.hoperisingcoaching.com/awareness-worksheets-opt-in Your North Star Visualisation - stops your brain freaking out about doing something unfamiliar. https://www.hoperisingcoaching.com/northstarvisualisation Grounding Meditation - you know that feeling when you have a drink and the body goes "aaaaaaaahhhhhhh" and everything seems to relax? This week, I sit down with legendary intuition teacher, bestselling author, and longtime advisor to everyone from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies, Laura Day. We talk about what intuition actually is (and why Laura believes it's far more practical than most people think), how she discovered her abilities, and the surprising ways intuition can help us navigate love, business, health, creativity, and everyday life. Laura shares stories from her extraordinary career, her deeply challenging childhood, and the lessons that shaped her newest book, The Prism. We also get into healing old patterns, manifesting meaningful relationships, trusting yourself, telepathy, dreams, and why your trauma should never become the main character of your story. What if the quality of your life is hidden inside the quality of the questions you're willing to ask?In this episode of ALLSMITH, Bryce explores a collection of questions that have been sitting with him lately—questions sparked by conversations with clients, friends, guests, members of the ALLSMITH community, and his own experiences navigating health, relationships, grief, business, marriage, and personal growth. This isn't an episode about having all the answers. It's a conversation and an exploration. An exploration of commitment, loneliness, purpose, health, character, judgment, observation, wonder, and what it actually means to build a beautiful life in a world that often feels busy, distracted, entertained, and disconnected.Bryce dives into topics like people pleasing, ghosting culture, confidence, modern loneliness, social media validation, courage, responsibility, and why many of life's greatest breakthroughs begin with a better question. At ALLSMITH, we believe fitness is the vessel. But the destination has always been something bigger:A beautiful life. And sometimes a single question can change the direction of an entire life.In This Episode:Are you exhausted because life is hard, or because you're carrying things that no longer belong to you?The difference between being nice and being goodWhy confidence is built through evidence, not affirmationWhat commitment can teach us about health, relationships, business, and lifeGhosting culture and the cost of avoiding responsibilityThe hidden difference between recovery and escapeWhy money can't solve loneliness, purpose, or belongingReplacing judgment with observation and curiosityLearning how to wonder instead of reactListening to the signals your body has been sendingQuestioning your definition of successLearning to trust yourself and make difficult decisionsWhat grief, adversity, and uncertainty can teach usWhy better questions often lead to better livesQuotes From This Episode:“Confidence is built through evidence, not affirmation.”“Resentment is often the receipt for an agreement we never should have made.”“The life you want is often hidden behind the commitment you're avoiding.”“The body whispers before it screams.”“A full calendar doesn't guarantee a full life.”“The wrong mountain still takes a lifetime to climb.”“Clarity is often the reward for courage.”“Every season leaves something behind for those willing to pay attention.”Key Takeaways:Better questions often create better lives.Character matters more than reputation.Commitment is becoming a lost art—and one of life's greatest competitive advantages.Observation creates understanding. Judgment often ends it.Wonder and curiosity are powerful tools for growth.Health is not the destination, but it may be the most important vehicle.Building a beautiful life requires intention, courage, and consistency. The quality of your life is often hidden inside the quality of the questions you're willing to ask.Question of the Week:What question are you avoiding because you're afraid of the answer?Sit with it.Journal on it.Bring it to dinner.Talk about it with someone you trust.Because sometimes the question we've been avoiding is the one we need most.Connect With ALLSMITH:Instagram: @allsmithcoBryce: @therealbrycesmithWebsite: http://ALLSMITH.coSubscribe to the ALLSMITH Newsletter for weekly reflections, practical tools, stories, and conversations designed to help you build a stronger body, sharper mind, and more meaningful life.If this episode resonates with you, share it with a friend and send us the question that's been sitting with you lately. At ALLSMITH, we don't just search for better answers. We ask better questions.Much love.Welcome to ALLSMITH.Thank you for Listening! Dry July, No Drama: Daily Tips for a Take It or Leave It Relationship With Alcohol Episode 17: The Thing That Changes Everything - Get Support - Dry July, No Drama I asked my membership group what their top tips were for a really great Dry July - one that actually feels good. And every single one of them said the same thing. Community. Getting support. Not doing it alone. I remember what a big deal it felt like to make the decision to spend money on a group program. Because when you are in community: You stay accountable You no longer think it is a you problem You begin to understand that alcohol is an addictive substance to anybody given the right set of circumstances You stop believing it is a personal moral failure - something you just need to try harder at or have more willpower for You realise we are all the same, all navigating the same stuff And everything changes. Whether it is my program or somebody else's - free or paid - I cannot recommend finding support and community in this journey highly enough. It is one of the biggest indicators of how successful your change will be and how long lasting it will be. To the untrained eye, ego can be mistaken for confidence. In reality, the person doesn't feel that way inside at all.
In this lesson from the Gate of Repentance (Shaar HaTeshuvah), Rabbi Aryeh Wolbe explores one of the greatest challenges in spiritual growth: breaking deeply ingrained habits. The Orchot Tzaddikim teaches that repeated behavior gradually becomes normalized until a person no longer sees it as wrong. Sins that are repeated frequently can begin to feel permissible, making genuine repentance far more difficult. Therefore, a person seeking teshuvah must establish strong boundaries, cultivate determination, and consciously distance themselves from negative habits until those behaviors become foreign and even repulsive to them. The episode emphasizes that repentance is not a one-time event but an ongoing process of refinement. Rabbi Wolbe explains that just as a stained garment may require multiple washings before every trace of dirt disappears, the soul may require repeated layers of repentance before it is fully cleansed. Even when a person has already apologized or sought forgiveness, deeper levels of understanding may emerge later in life, requiring additional reflection, remorse, and spiritual repair. True teshuvah continually revisits past mistakes with greater maturity and awareness. The lesson then introduces the first two foundational pillars of repentance. The first is charatah—genuine regret for having distanced oneself from Hashem and misused the gifts, opportunities, and potential entrusted to them. The second is azivas hacheit—abandoning the sin and firmly resolving not to repeat it in the future. Rabbi Wolbe challenges listeners to recognize the preciousness of the soul, the fleeting nature of worldly pleasures, and the eternal value of spiritual growth. Authentic repentance begins when a person honestly asks, "What have I done?" and then takes concrete steps to chart a different course forward._____________This Podcast Series is Generously Underwritten by Peter & Becky BotvinRecorded at TORCH Centre in the Levin Family Studios (B) to a live audience on September 29, 2025, in Houston, Texas.Released as Podcast on June 15, 2026_____________This series on Orchos Tzadikim/Ways of the Righteous is produced in partnership with Hachzek.Join the revolution of daily Mussar study at hachzek.com.We are using the Treasure of Life edition of the Orchos Tzadikkim (Published by Feldheim)_____________Listen, Subscribe & Share: Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/jewish-inspiration-podcast-rabbi-aryeh-wolbe/id1476610783Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/4r0KfjMzmCNQbiNaZBCSU7) to stay inspired! Hi my loves
Pastor Jen talks about how some of the biggest changes in our lives don't come from one huge moment, but from small daily choices—and one of the most powerful is choosing gratitude. Even when life feels hard, stressful, or far from perfect, gratitude helps us shift our focus from what's wrong and, instead, reminds us of His faithfulness.

Most people spend years trying to change their lives by making dramatic, big moves. Yet even after those big moves, they find themselves facing the same frustrations, the same fears, and the same emotional patterns they thought they had left behind. Why does this happen?Well, there's something we all do that quietly keeps us trapped in the same experience of life, even when everything around us changes.Over the last 18 years of coaching, I've become skeptical of any advice that promises instant transformation. Real change is rarely dramatic and overnight. In fact, it's often so subtle that most people overlook it entirely. I call this subtle change "The 5% Rule."It reveals how a surprisingly small adjustment can completely alter the direction of your future. In this week's episode I breakdown what the 5% Rule is, how to use it, and how it can change the trajectory of your life even if your day-to-day life seemingly looks the same. This one rule may change the way you look at every challenge you're facing right now.---►► FREE Video Training: “Dating With Results” at DatingWithResults.com Hosted on Acast.
