    As we kick off a new season on the show, I felt it was essential I also end the season of the year with an episode that I feel is beneficial to us all. I have shared this previously on the show, but sometimes we need to hear things more than once for it really to land and maybe the season you are in is exactly when you are ready for it. 4 years ago I started doing something that helped me enter the New Year more intentionally. It wasn't about doing another vision board, but yes I like to do those as well, It was a process that helped me end the year off peacefully and enter the new year powerfully. It wasn't about setting some New year's resolution that falls away after the first month. This was about reflecting, releasing, renewing, and creating; and then wrapping it all with a bow and setting my intention. Because this process has been so beneficial to me, I wanted to share it with all of you.  My hope is after this episode today, you will think about how you are leading your life with intention and if you are not, this is your permission to pause, reflect, and honor the season you are in. Maybe what you need is that precious time to be intentional in what matters most to you right now so that the next steps you take will be led with clarity, more focus, and a better sense of purpose and direction. On this week's episode hosts Erin Gallardo, PT, DPT, NCS and Claire McLean, PT, DPT, NCS share a new tool that's changing everything at Rogue, Claire's wellness gym for people with PD. Claire confesses to using paper documentation until recently and is now entering the 21st century. What's propelling her into the "now" is a new tool she's been trying for a couple of weeks called the Plaud NotePin. It's a small, wearable, and HIPAA-compliant AI device designed for healthcare professionals that helps with documentation either in-session or via dictation after. Though we're not affiliates for Plaud (yet!), she makes a great case for how her team is using it and why she's loving it for clinicians. Driven by the universal challenge of time-consuming paperwork, Claire became inspired by other practitioners employing AI for faster documentation. Her search for an efficient, phone-free solution led to the adoption of the Plaud NotePin. While the Plaud NotePin has proven to be a major time-saver and easy to integrate into their workflow, some learning curve remains, especially regarding templates and integration with existing forms. The team is transparent about privacy, requiring client consent via an AI waiver and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and data security regulations.
