After a hiatus for a couple weeks, Dash returns with his casual and controversial takes to the ZFG Podcast! In the attempts to operate in transparency, he open by explaining the reasons behind his absence in the month of May. Dash dives right into the topic of discussion and unapologetically dunks on the substandard policies that civilian law enforcement use in their service to their communities. He comments on failures of police officers across the country in just this calendar year of 2021 (08:33). As an ex-military police officer, he provides perspective on some effective strategies employed in this tenure. Dash acknowledges that some of his practices could not and should not be emulated by all precincts, but in light of the Uvalde disaster, he is suggesting a dynamic shift on the ways law enforcement agents ascend in their ranks (21:21).
