Diddy lands Brian Steel as a defense attorney. Spring Break banned in Panama City Beach. Amanda Bynes joins OnlyFans, but promises not to be a whore on there. We watch a girl on TikTok watching us ripping on Amanda. Cop Cam: An entitled brat gets loud and arrested because her sister is “missing”. New York AG Letitia James is being investigated now. Podcasts: Talk Tuah drops another episode. This time with Chanel West Coast. 7k views after 24 hours. Comments section is brutal. Billy Corgan interviewed Dale Bozzio of missing persons. Visit our Substack for bonus content: https://designbetterpodcast.com/p/rewind-ok-go Aarron and Eli are traveling with their families for Spring Break, so we're bringing back one of our favorite episodes from 2023 with the band OK Go. In the time since we recorded the interview, they've come out with a new album, and with several new music videos, including for the track Love, shot with no cuts…just “mirrors, robotics, and a whole lot of planning.” Enjoy! *** Not many bands hire Russian pilots to film a Zero-G video on their cosmonaut training plane, known as the “vomit comet”. But those are the kinds of extremes that OK Go will go to in the pursuit of creativity. Tim Nordwind and Damian Kulash, the band's founders, met at camp as pre-teens in search of a fellow creative nerd, and founded the band in 1998. Over the past 25 years, they've created 3 Grammy-nominated music videos, and won Best Music Video for Here It Goes Again. From the perfectly timed explosions filmed in slow-motion for their song The One Moment, to the immensely elaborate Rube Goldberg contraption they created for This Too Shall Pass, OK Go is almost like a performance-art troupe that just happens to be a fantastic rock band. In this episode on the creative process, we talk to Tim and Damian about how they come up with ideas, the macro and micro elements of their creativity, and achieving the impossible. *** Premium Episodes on Design Better This ad-supported episode is available to everyone. Welcome to Wrestling Tonight, your go-to source for smart, thoughtful coverage of the entire wrestling landscape — from the bright lights of WWE and AEW to NJPW, TNA, and the vibrant indie scene. This is Episode 120, and it's our WrestleMania Week Megapreview — the most stacked episode of the year for the most stacked week of the year. We kick things off in Las Vegas with WrestleMania 41, and we've got your full match-by-match breakdown across both nights at Allegiant Stadium. From the decade-in-the-making Triple Threat between Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins, to Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena, Gunther vs. Jey Uso, and Tiffany Stratton vs. Charlotte Flair, this Mania card might be one of the most balanced and compelling we've seen in years. But Mania is just the start. We also spotlight the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025, with Triple H, Lex Luger, and Michelle McCool getting their flowers — and a special nod to the legendary Bret Hart vs. Steve Austin submission match from WrestleMania 13, now enshrined as the first-ever “Immortal Moment.” Then it's over to NXT Stand & Deliver, where the next generation looks to steal the weekend. We've got Oba Femi defending the NXT Title, a chaotic ladder match to crown the first Women's North American Champion, and crossover talent from TNA and NJPW thrown into the mix. From there, we pivot to the AEW side of things — and it's anything but quiet. PAC's latest injury has reshuffled the deck, and now Jon Moxley finds himself pulling double duty, defending both the AEW World Title and the Trios Championships. The Owen Hart Foundation Tournament is heating up too, with semifinal showdowns set: Will Ospreay vs. Konosuke Takeshita, Mercedes Moné vs. Athena, and more. Plus, The Hurt Syndicate (Lashley & Benjamin) are rolling, while Chris Jericho steps away from AEW — for now. We'll also take you through the key fallout from NJPW Windy City Riot, where Hiroshi Tanahashi wrestled his final U.S. match in an emotional clash with Konosuke Takeshita. Plus, Tomohiro Ishii claims gold in a brutal Iron Man Match, and Hirooki Goto continues his reign atop NJPW. And don't worry — we're not skipping the indies. Vegas is a wrestling playground this week. From the no-ropes chaos of Bloodsport XIII, to the glam of Effy's Big Gay Brunch 10, the spectacle of WrestleCon, and the unhinged insanity of Joey Janela's Spring Break, we run through every major show you should have on your radar — including talent, match cards, and where to stream it all. We wrap things up with your Las Vegas survival guide: How far is Allegiant from the Strip? What's the best way to get from Pearl Theater to T-Mobile Arena? Where to eat between sessions? And what's streaming on Peacock vs. FITE vs. Wrestle Universe?
Are you feeling stuck in a business that doesn't quite feel like you? You're bringing in clients, the work is flowing, yet deep down, something's off. That was exactly where I found myself; not just once, but in the early days of my business.I left my corporate career in advertising, only to find myself right back in the same cycle: overworking, over-delivering, and still feeling undervalued. One night, sitting on my kitchen floor in tears, I realized the hard truth… I had built a business that didn't align with my true expertise.Because I was afraid to own my brilliance.I kept my messaging vague, playing small and trying to appeal to everyone, when in reality, I was attracting the wrong clients and feeling drained. That moment led to the creation of what I now call the Business Manifesto Method. I asked myself one powerful question:What am I NO LONGER available for in my business? Here's what made my list:Energy-draining clients who don't truly value my workOver-delivering out of fear instead of aligned generosityPlaying small to be more “palatable”Watering down my expertise instead of boldly owning itAnd the shift was instant. When I rewrote my messaging and positioned myself as the expert I already was, the most aligned, high-value clients started showing up.The truth is that your messaging dictates the clients you attract. It's time to write your own Business Manifesto. What are YOU no longer available for in your business?Enjoy the listen!P.S. Goals With Soul is taking a Spring Break, but we'll be back soon with more transformative episodes! - make sure you hit ‘subscribe' so you'll get access to the new episodes____________________________If you're ready to align your offers and messaging so you can work with clients who light you up, I'd love to invite you to my 4-week Messaging Intensive. We'll elevate your positioning, refine your messaging, and create a magnetic presence that naturally attracts premium clients. Click here for more details.

In recent weeks, several men have been sent from the U.S. to El Salvador's CECOT prison without due process. The prison functions more as a torture facility, with prisoners kept malnourished, isolated, and as far as we can tell, no one has ever come out alive. Among them is Andrys, a gay makeup artist deported after seeking asylum in the U.S. due to tattoos that read “Mom” and “Dad.” The case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia stands out: he fled gang violence, lived legally in Maryland with his American wife and child, and was deported even after a judge acknowledged the danger he faced and ordered him to be protected in the U.S. Though the conservative Supreme Court unanimously ruled he must be returned, the White House has said it cannot act for the El Salvador government, despite the fact that Trump met with El Salvador's president just yesterday. Lawyers continue to fight, but experts say legal options are nearly gone, so political pressure is what's left. You can go to congress.gov/contact-us to find out how to get in touch with your members of congress, and let them know that what's going on in El Salvador is simply unacceptable.
