Seth Godin highlighted three motivators for learning in a recent Akimbo podcast. Although it may be debatable, whether being kind to each other is something we need to learn or something we already know how to do, I wonder if these motivators play a role in whether we actually behave kindly or not. Can this list of motivators be expanded upon? Or rather, must we be motivated to be kind? CORRECTION: In the episode, I refer to a woman "who was having an affair with" a married male. I should have instead said that she was "the woman with whom he was having an affair." Live. Now. We all say it; know we should. Yet, we usually only begin to get serious about "seizing the day", when our days are suddenly numbered. Perhaps, it's because we do our best to avoid thinking about "the end." But if we don't consider it... how can we truly appreciate what it means to be alive? In November 2006, a young pregnant mother was found dead in her home near Raleigh, North Carolina. Investigators immediately suspected her husband, who had a seemingly rock-solid alibi - he was hundreds of miles away on a business trip at the time of the murder. Or was he? In Part 2, we finally hear Jason's side of the story - but is it enough to keep him out of prison? Note: WRAL.com has some fantastic videos from the trial and other interviews with people involved in the case.
