This is not your classic rags to riches story, but it is one where two people leave the White House 'dead broke', only to find themselves mega-millionaires some years later! Peter Schweizer's New York Times bestseller Clinton Cash turned more than a few heads when it was released this past year - it had people turning the pages in 'almost disbelief'. Next, you had the big motion picture that showcased this sad story of American politics on the big screen. The latest in the series is CLINTON CASH, A GRAPHIC NOVEL, which brings the story to living color by comic book writer Chuck Dixon. Clinton Cash, the graphic novel says that it will help to tell the story of “the most corrupt candidate ever,” tracing Hillary Clinton’s involvement with shady characters back to when she and Bill left the White House in the late 1990s. How Hillary Clinton approved the transfer of 20% of all U.S. uranium to Putin’s Russia without disclosing that 9 investors in the deal funneled $145 million to the Clinton Foundation. How Bill Clinton’s monster speaking fees soared during the years Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. The novel raises the point that Bill Clinton was being paid by private corporations that were benefitting from actions the State Department took. “I think it’s an apolitical story, because the level of corruption is so shocking that you can’t stick to party lines and excuse it - I mean not and maintain your soul,” says Chuck Dixon. Chuck Dixon is a comic book writer best known for his work on several Batman titles in the 1990s for DC Comics. He has written for a series of big name comics - Graphic novel on the Hobbit -“Evangeline” (Comico Comics), “The Savage Sword of Conan, The Punisher War Journal” (Marvel Comics), “Robin, Nightwing, Detective Comics” (DC Comics), and “Simpsons Comics” (Bongo Comics). Dixon worked closely with Robert Jordan on the graphic adaptation of “New Spring” and with Jordan s estate on The “Eye of the World” graphic novel. Why would the Clinton's even risk the cash machine they had created and jump in the spotlight to run for high office again - they had to know that there would be major scrutiny on all of their dirty deeds? Charity Navigator ranks philanthropic groups - why wouldn’t they rank the Clinton Foundation? I'll also get Chuck's political forecast on the election - (hint, it differs from mine) in fact Chuck and I have a steak dinner riding on this election - not exactly Vegas material, but... should be fun none the less.
