Holy Shirt! It's Here! The long referenced, heavily procrastinated, thoughtfully researched Ready Player One episode! Joined by Bella and Mina of the Geekend Amazons and guest host Keith, the characters and content of the Book "Ready Player One" are dissected. This episode was recorded prior to most of the trailers being released and months prior to the film release. It's a little dated, but not too much. The intro that was added to the beginning of the episode was recorded on the road using my phone and Mina of Geekend Amazons was kind enough to add it to the beginning, even after all the work she did editing this behemoth. This is the last official send-off of "Talk Nerdy to Me" as our intro and outro. We are infinitely grateful to K-Face Rules for allowing these little no-name podcasts to use their song for the past almost 2 years.

Have you ever thought your favorite TV show was actually the worst? And, then, did you spend hours chatting about it with a good friend? If you answered yes to these questions, this episode is for you! Alysa chats with friends, Kristen and Elizabeth, who host the podcast, Your Fave is Problematic, where they ruin all your precious childhood movies (The Goonies), sacred quotable TV shows (Gilmore Girls), and “hands-off” obsessions (Disney) by discussing the social consequences of these pop culture phenomena. Their podcast is thoughtful, smart, fun, and comforting (maybe it’s ok I like Taylor Swift, right?), but, even more, their friendship can be described using the exact same adjectives! Have a listen to how their friendship and podcast came to be. They may ruin your favorite things, but they definitely don't ruin friendship! www.bestforeverspod.com Listen to Your Fave is Problematic! In this episode the Warriors get a little more serious than usual with the help of Bella and Mina from Geekend Amazons. Harley Quinn's popularity is unparalleled, but some people only focus on half the story. The Warriors talk about the other half, and also discuss how to recognize domestic violence and know what you should or shouldn't do if somebody you know and love may be in an abusive relationship. For more resources on this topic, keep an eye out for the Amazons episode about dating violence, or go to http://www.ncadv.org As usual, thank you to K-Face Rules for allowing us to use their song "Talk Nerdy to Me" as our intro and outro.
