In some polls, upwards of 20% of Americans still think that they are not being told the whole truth about NASA, the Moon and the Apollo 11 program. This kind of questioning of the official historical narrative (that is almost unanimously agreed upon) is usually met immediately with eye rolling and a big sigh. It is easy to arbitrarily dismiss these questions as just crazy. However, if one were to simply take a little time, they would see that there actually are logical reason for all the doubt and distrust. A fifth of Americans can't just be crazy, right? In this episode, we take you through the many reasons why people still think we are not being told the whole truth about NASA, Apollo 11, and the Moon. From motives to means, we discuss the many (many) points that naysayers cite as proof that we didn't go to the moon. That the landing itself was actually filmed on a soundstage with the help of legendary filmmaker Stanley Kubrick. And that the US gov't faked it all to beat those pesky Ruskies. Some of the evidence doubters cite are admittedly laughable and easy to dismiss. However, there are a handful of questions that are much harder to answer.
