Whats up everybody! Back with a new podcast! For this episode I have Julius Alejandro. Julius Alejandro graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. He has over 10 years experience in the nonprofit sector. He is the founder of Village Up a regional initiative to increase diversity and access in the San Diego Innovation Economy. Also, a Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of a tech startup, Dipster LLC. As a leadership and organizational expert, Julius works closely with the entrepreneurship education programs in San Diego. Julius and i discuss getting comfortable being uncomfortable. With Julius' experience in working closely with students, creators, and companies he shares tips on how to best get comfortable in tough situations.
