Christmas, Search your heart, what does is it you?

Please Note, I did realize there was an error in my words, which I have confessed and repented of, and it was where I stated that some of the church of God will be left on this earth when he comes in the clouds for us. This is not correct. The true church of God, those who are born again, will all be taken away just prior to the 7 period of time for God's wrath to be poured out on this dying earth. Forgive me for this, but as I listened to this message again, this is all that God showed me was in error. Please forgive me and pray that I continue to desire to speak his truth and teach it accurately for his glory and your edification. Sometimes God has to take us back to the beginning when we first met him, face to face, and called upon his name for salvation, to shake us loose from worldly things, people, teachings, etc., which are and will destroy us. I believe this was an awesome time in my life in Christ Jesus, when he was doing just that. We need to be reminded who we are in Christ, and where we are now seated. The purpose of reading and praying is not to get stuff from God, not to intercede on each other's behalf, nor to ask God to chasten one another, or even to bring down fire on someone because they failed to see or do things our way, but rather we are to keep each other lifted up and asking that God's will continue to be done and that he will speak to that person in their time of need. There are other things we pray for others, but the most important reason we should be praying is to know God and The Lord Jesus Christ. To grow in this knowledge and wisdom, is to walk obediently with him and in him and to do only what pleases him and to do exactly what he wants us to do, to say, and to whom he wants to speak to others. This is called transformation.
