    Compassionate Leadership

We are dealing with an unprecedented time, every organization is faced with a diverse working group but there are so many active plans or actions to take that will reduce further reaction. The me too movement is a big cue of lack of active representation of women who have been abused, not the same for race or sexual orientation with the equal employment opportunity act EEO. Is an active representation of these groups that are considered as minority and give them a voice even in an organization when no member of their group is there.Active representation is reassuring the employees that in times of despair they are cared for and this in turn will increase their focus and attention to supporting their organization as much as they can.In conclusion, compassionate leadership cannot be over emphasized at this time. I hope you would create policies to support your staff and not choose your financial losses over the health and well being of the people who help you to make the profit. This also encompasses you and other people in senior leadership to be of uttermost integrity. For more information please visit: https://www.edafeokporo.com/compassionisworthmore or subscribe to my email list here http://eepurl.com/gYm1Fv, Recorded from my home studios. Relationships are the bedrock of our society. One key way we can activate our compassion is to form relationships with people which can foster opportunities for us to be of help to them.Be aware of your biasesThere are numerous biases that inhibit our ability to activate our compassion, and most of them have become so ingrained in us that we almost feel they’re based in biology. The most common bias is the frequent exposure bias; this is why some people believe that their experience is superior, be it race, sexual orientation, or gender. The more we get exposed to an idea the more convincing it is to us.For more information please visit: https://www.edafeokporo.com/compassionisworthmore or subscribe to my email list here http://eepurl.com/gYm1FvMusic by: https://www.bensound.comRecorded at my home studioQuote at the beginning by Michael Crawley
