He discusses the evolution of treatment professionals, treatment centers, the expansion of virtual care, the insurance and monetary climate, and the increasing pressures placed on patients, families, and clinicians alike.Eating disorder care has changed dramatically over the past decade, but not all change is progress. While not dismissive of progress, Dr. DeSarbo does not shy away from difficult truths.
