Genetically altered Nick joining forces with Carlos and L.J. to take down Door once and for all. A deadly virus from Door's house underneath Baltimore is exposed to the world. Door seals off the city to contain the virus, creating a ghost town where everyone trapped inside turns into a mutant zombie. Nick, a survivor from Door's house, meets former SDF America security officer Jill Valentine and mercenary Carlos Oliviera. Together, they search for a scientist (Karl) who might be able to help.
