Just another observation of acts by certain class of humans against society. One of the acts being the destruction of city property, the road signals and signages. Somehow a certain group of people has come up with an excellent idea to go about graffitiing the road signs. Why? No one can answer this reason but the very individuals performing these acts of vandalism.
