Mike Johnson, Beau Morgan, and Ali Mac give their final thoughts on the Atlanta Falcons dismissing Head Coach Raheem Morris and General Manager Terry Fontenot from their roles following a meeting last night in Atlanta with Falcons Owner and Chairman, Arthur M. Blank, let listeners call in and give their final takes on the Falcons moving on from Raheem and Terry, and explain why they think the Falcons new regime won't tear the team down to the studs because they won't be given the time to do that.
When the calendar turns and a new year stretches out before us, we're reminded that time is a gift—and how we use it matters.A new series began with Grit, launching with Week 1: No Time to Waste. Together, we leaned into the reality that we all have the same amount of time each day, yet how we choose to spend it reveals what we value most. Through Scripture, we were challenged to consider God's rhythm of work and rest and how living with intention shapes our faith. As we reflected on Jesus' teachings and shared in communion, we were reminded to stay ready, faithful and grounded in what truly lasts. At the start of a new year, we were invited to live with grit—using our time wisely, resting well and trusting God with every moment we've been given.
Drew and Roth reflect on their years, personally, professionally, and politically, and look forward to 2026 being, if not better, then maybe just a little more consistent. What are you waiting for? It's almost time for the 2026 New Year's Goal Setting Party! Create the life of your dreams one year at a time.I'm SO excited to drop this episode today because this simpe habit I've started has CHANGED MA LIFE, Y'ALL! If you've ever reached the end of the day and wondered “Where the hell did my time go?” this episode is going to change your life. We're diving into the magic of hourly time logging, the simple, eye-opening habit that shows you exactly how you're spending your days so you can take your power back. I break down how tracking your time hour by hour reveals your hidden energy leaks, your productivity sweet spots, and the places you're unintentionally self-sabotaging. If you're a busy mum, a business owner, or someone constantly feeling behind, this tool will give you clarity, control, and a deep sense of calm. It's like giving your brain a reset button. I'm very aware of the Parkinson Rule, that a task will take up the amount of time you give it, and so just a few months into my girls being at school I've gone from feeling liberated to just as busy as I was before. Nah. That's not for me. Something had to change. We're going to explore how time logging becomes a manifesting tool. Instead of living reactively, you begin designing your week with intention, choosing who gets your time, where your energy goes and what truly matters. This episode is packed with practical tips, real-life examples, and the mindset shifts that make this habit stick. If you want more productivity, more peace, and more time for the things that actually light you up, you're going to love this one.How to do it. Starting at the beginning of your work day, begin logging on a notebook or the notes section of your phone the hour. So for me I start at 9;30am and the first section will be 9:30 - 10:30. Then as you go about your tasks list everything you do within that hour time block. If you scroll on social media for 10 minutes, list it. If you reply to a couple of emails, list it. It all goes on! Now, as always, I think the magic is in sharing it. I've been sharing mine with those I work with and that gives extra motivation. Could you share your time logging with a colleague, partner or a friend who is also struggling with their time management? See how much you can get done when you are doing this. It will astound you! If you want to take this further and feel less overwhelmed in your home life too, you can begin to log your hours outside of work too. Now, the goal isn't to log every single hour of your life forevs, but it IS very illuminating and freeing. Since doing this I've been on top of my work, on top of my housework and more present with my children. Win, win, win! Let me know how you get on with it. Have you ever reconnected with a family member after years apart and felt like no time had passed at all? In today's episode, we explore one of life's most beautiful mysteries: why time seems to stand still when it comes to family bonds. While our bodies age and the calendar pages turn, something deeper remains untouched by time. I discuss the reunion phenomenon, the illusion of time in relationships, and why we don't truly age emotionally through the heart. In This Episode You'll Hear: Why family reunions feel like picking up where you left off The science behind timeless emotional connections How love exists outside of chronological time The comfort of "coming home" to family Practical wisdom for nurturing timeless bonds Whether you're separated from family by distance, time, or circumstance, , or even plane of realitythis episode offers a comforting perspective on the resilience of family love and the timeless nature of our deepest connections. The parade goes on, now that the pilgrim, Dante, is in a good spot to see it.After the twenty-four lords in white come four animals with green fronds as crowns. They are like the Cherubim in both the prophecies of Ezekiel and in the Apocalypse of St. John (or the book of Revelation).Except not really. Or sort of. Well, the poet doesn't have time to explain. Go read the text yourself. And especially the one that doesn't quite agree with what I saw.Join me, Mark Scarbrough, as we find Dante's irony alive and well, even during the grand parade of divine revelation. Here are the segments for this episode of WALKING WITH DANTE:[01:20] My English translation of PURGATORIO, Canto XXIX, Lines 88 - 105. If you'd like to read along or continue the conversation with me, please find the entry for this episode on my website, markscarbrough.com.[02:56] The naturalistic, lush landscape à la Guido Cavalcanti's pastoral poem.[04:49] The constellations, Argus, and the peacock.[06:35] The four "animals" from Ezekiel and the Apocalypse of St. John (or the New Testament book of Revelation).[09:19] Allegorical interpretations of the four animals.[11:19] "Unmoored" allegories in COMEDY: here and with the three beasts in INFERNO, Canto I.[14:02] Dante, the Biblical text, and questions of its inerrancy.[16:25] The direct address tot he reader, perhaps a wild bit of Dantean irony even here in the divine parade.[21:34] Rereading the passage: PURGATORIO, Canto XXIX, lines 88 - 105.

BT & Sal are furious about Giants rookie Abdul Carter's repeated lack of commitment and poor judgment, sparked by a caller's outrage over Carter's appearance on Monday Night Raw. They slam the linebacker for his "disgusting" decision to participate in a wrestling skit and hold a championship belt while the Giants sit at 2-9—calling it a total lack of self-awareness. The hosts highlight Carter's history of "bad optics," including missing a walkthrough, reportedly falling asleep, being disciplined with limited snaps, and his brazen request for Lawrence Taylor's #56. The biggest concern, however, is the Giants' culture: the hosts question why no veteran leader has stepped up to "check" the young player and demand he take his job seriously.

Reach out to Cody and Buhler to tell them what's up!Tenacity beats hype every single time!On today's episode of False Start, John Buhler (Lead Writer, FanSided) basked in the glory of Georgia throttling Texas, and Cody Williams (Content Director, FanSided.com) was there to listen to him!Cody was smart in picking Oklahoma to upset Alabama though, so we will give him his props there. After that, it was a lot of shade being thrown at Shane Beamer and Pat Narduzzi after their tough losses.South Carolina is not going to a bowl game after blowing a 27-point lead to Texas A&M, while Pitt put forth an effort that was worthy of Narduzzi's termination vs. Notre Dame.Try harder than Pat Narduzzi, even if you False Start!

Forensic techniques are constantly advancing, and over the past 50 years, they have evolved to the point that even the smallest amount of evidence can provide a breakthrough in what would have been an unsolvable case. In 2025, those scientific advancements led to the oldest cold case murder conviction in British history… *** LISTENER CAUTION IS ADVISED *** This episode was researched and written by Eileen Macfarlane.Edited by Joel Porter at Dot Dot Dot Productions.Script editing, additional writing, illustrations and production direction by Rosanna FittonNarration, additional audio editing and mixing, and script editing by Benjamin Fitton. To get early ad-free access, including Season 1, sign up for They Walk Among PLUS, available from Patreon or Apple Podcasts.More information and episode references can be found on our website https://theywalkamonguspodcast.comMUSIC: Intention by Chelsea McGough Nuclear Conception by Alice in Winter Don't Let Go by Alice in Winter Road To Nowhere by Caleb Etheridge Distant Water by Chelsea McGough Mind Over Matter by Chelsea McGough Reminiscence by Chelsea McGough St Mary by Chelsea McGough And Stephen Keech Arcadia by Cody Martin Asylum by Cody Martin Loaves & Fish by Cody Martin Peril Preparation by Cody Martin Rhosphere by Cody Martin Seeking Answers by Cody Martin Stone Table by Cody Martin Storm Coming by Cody Martin The Fall by Cody Martin The Void by Cody Martin Wolgrim by Cody Martin Count Backwards From 10 by Glasseyes Greaser by JB Good The Plot Thickens by Joshua Spacht Undernight by Lincoln Davis Reclaim by Michael Briguglio Memories Of Future Events by Hill First To Strike by Moments SOCIAL MEDIA: https://linktr.ee/TheyWalkAmongUsSupport this show http://supporter.acast.com/theywalkamongus. NO TIME TO DIE shocked audiences around the globe by doing what no Bond movie had ever dared to do — killing James Bond. After decades of near-death escapes, 007 finally met his end in Daniel Craig's last outing as the iconic British spy. But was it the bold, emotional conclusion the franchise needed, or an unforgivable betrayal of everything James Bond stands for? Now that the shock value has worn off, it's time to reexamine this. Was it bold storytelling, betrayal, or a cop out? In this episode of Cracking the Code of Spy Movies from SpyMovieNavigator.com, hosts Dan and Tom are joined by passionate Bond experts from across the globe: Morgan Lisney (Canada), Pietro Rossi (UK), Bill Kanas, and Stuart Bassinger (US). They debate one of the most controversial endings in movie history. Together, they dive deep into No Time to Die's themes, story arcs, plot holes, production decisions, and what Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson might have been thinking when they agreed to end Bond's story. From discussions about Bond's legacy, Daniel Craig's arc, and Amazon's takeover of the franchise, to speculation about the future of 007, this episode explores every angle. Was Bond's death a creative risk that gave the series emotional weight, or did it destroy the fantasy that made audiences fall in love with the character for over 60 years? We also examine how the Craig era compares to classic Bond films, from Casino Royale to Skyfall, and whether the next generation of filmmakers should reboot, revive, or completely reinvent 007.
