Equestrian Mum 101

Firstly, apologies! This was meant to be uploaded before baby Perrin arrived but I will let myself off considering I was prepping for my first little human to arrive into the world! This episode is from the Equestrian Mum Club podcast and the lovely Katie Allen Clark and Sophie Conway who are equally passionate about talking all things equestrian and motherhood. We cover so many topics in this and I had so much fun recording it! 

In this episode, we talk all about that magical milk bar! I had always planned to breastfeed and ever since I can remember it's been important to me. After a traumatic birth, I really wanted to be able to do this for my baby but also for myself. We had a very rocky start and there were so many moments I didn't think I would be able to continue but as I post this podcast we are 3 months into exclusively breastfeeding and I am thankful for every day my body and baby continue to work together. This is my own personal story of our journey and what we learnt along the way.
