Dear listeners, my name is Brandon and I'm from China. I'm happy to have my own podcast "Grateful Little ME" here. "Be grateful" is my 2020 new year's resolution. Unfortunately, 2020 is not great, but we still need to keep that attitude. I was blessed to have a chance to go to one and the only spectacular country, Greece to study as an Erasmus student last year. I gotta say I spent the most amazing 5 months in my life there, met a lot of wonderful people from different countries as well. So I created this podcast to reconnect with them. We'll do some catch-up and discuss some cultural differences between our countries, especially after 8 months of quarantine life. It would have so much fun, hope you enjoy it.
"Music has never disappeared in my life, I gave the guitar to Alexandra with my signature inside of it. I promise it will be valueble in the future, don't laugh, I mean it. Alexandra and I, we didn't spend a lot of time together. But to me, she is always a special little girl with both wisdom and beauty. Most importantly, she has a pair of beautiful eyes." That is the ending of the memoir I wrote about her after I leave Athens. And I'm glad that I did it, it could be remembered as always.
Dear listeners, bonjour comment ça va?Today's episode one of my good friends Julio is here. Well, French is a difficult language though, it's true that you just put a little bit La France words or accent in the sentence, it sounds très bien, ahaha that's the point. Can't wait to talk to him, here we go.
Dear listeners, today's episode, it is my very honor to have Prof. Stefansson here with me. When I was in Athens, she's my Writing Academic Papers and Summaries in English course teacher. I gotta say she is the coolest professor I've ever met, it's the coolest, not cruellest, I make sure it doesn't go wrong. Anyway she is a really really cool person, I'll prove my statement right away.
Dear listeners, or should I say "Hola amigos!" Yep, today's episode, two spaniards are here, Germán and Pablo. Unfortunately Sofia isn't here, but I'm looking forward to having the whole lovely Spanish group next time. We met in an outdoor party at Zappeion, which is a famous Palace near National Garden in Athens. After that, we went to flag party, Greek night, karaoke night, acropolis museum, Nafplio trip and so on, with a lot of beer, literally. So let's jump right into it.
Dear listeners, today's episode we have a special guest, Tim. He is from America. We met in a classroom, an interesting one. I was at an interview in English Learning Center, sort of an association in my university. He was the judge. I still remember he asked me a question about Batman verses Captain America, who wins? I said Captain America, because he got his shield and Batman only has money. I know it was silly, but it broke the ice. Anyway, it's really really good to see him and talk to him again, so here we go.
Dear listeners, today's episode I'm honored to have Kata with me here. She is a beautiful Hungarian girl with wisdom, I always say that. Erasmus Day, what a delightful day, Greek Night, that's where the dream started, Nefplio, Poros, beer pong, Penteli Cave, surprising party, she knows what I'm talking about. It's always joyful just talking with her, so let's start it out.
Dear listeners, today's episode Alina's here!!! A gorgeous, adventurous Russian girl. We met in ESN office building. I was the first one to get there, and she was the second one. After that we went to Flisvos Park, a seaside park. I brought my guitar and sang a tons of Ed Sheeran's songs. It turned out that she likes Ed Sheeran, too. What a lovely encounter story. Because of her, I knew Cold Coffee, this graceful and romantic song by Ed. So here we go.
Dear listeners, today's episode I'm trilled to have the funniest and the most knowledgeabla Romanian I've ever seen, Sebastian. We officially knew each other at the cafeteria of Panteion University. Though he keeps reminding me that he's already saw me at karaoke night. Yes, we both love singing so much. I can't wait to talk to him, so let's get the show on the road.
Today's episode I invited one of my best friends in Athens, Kostas, a young and genuinely kind man. We met on Picnic Night, one of ESN's events, from then on, we had a lot of great time together. I'm really excited to talk to him, so here we go.
