In this episode of the podcast I add more about the possibly upcoming President George II after looking on President's own website, discuss the videos on the Yaesu FT4XE handheld by YouTube channel 'knoxieman', discuss my latest YouTube video where I attempt to get a QSO successfully through the GB7LE repeater, touch on why it really is not really needed to run more power than needed including pointing out it could be a lesson the burner brigades that sit on CB channel 19 could learn (though I know they won't) and touch on how these same individuals could be history because of the EMC compliance rules that are due to come into force, and also a report from the RSGB on a local to me Amateur radio club that has managed 400+ continuous nets since the beginning of the coronavirus lockdowns last year. In this the first episode of the podcast I pay my respects to the Royal Family after the sad passing of His Royal Highness Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, talk about the cheapest CB radio on the market, a ham who tries to cook hotdogs with RF, an oops moment thanks to bad manufacturing of the Moonraker Minor Plus CB radio, and a few other things too including mention of the Coronavirus pandemic of the last year resulting in rally and event cancellations and also my next YouTube video. No pizza featured in this episode though one should appear in the next one.

In this introduction I (try) to describe what the podcast is all about and what to expect content wise, bearing in mind that this is my first foray into the world of podcasting and I hope to have the first episode in the not too distant future
