The guys make their return after an extended break, and  5Hole hits the piss after being on the wagon. Justin from War Curse is back to talk about all this COVID-19 bull shit, guitars, Metallica and more.

This week, Jeff and the 5hole discuss the new music that was released by King Diamond and Sepultura.  Taint Smasher from Maximum Threshold Radio calls in and finally tells us the infamous Monkey Story.  Socks "tryes" out for the National Spelling Bee on air.  Gogi can't hold in her excitement.  All this and more.

Justin from "War Curse" makes his triumphant return and talks about anything and everything.  Writing the new "War Curse" album.  When it will come out.  Touring with "Exhorder."  The taunting of "Sacred Reich."  The final leg of the "Slayer" farewell tour.  The odd opening acts for that tour.   Disc Golf.  Sock's revisionist account of WWII.  The Great Lakes Sharks.  5hole tries out his brand new breathalyzer.   Does he break records or does he just set a baseline for future shows?

Jeff and the 5hole start the show with a serious talk about ecosystems, until Socks throws all logic to the wind after a body, riddled with bullet holes washed onto the shore in Chicago.  In true Socks fashion, he explains how the fatality was caused by a shark attack....In Chicago.  Socks charming personality works on the PR department, until LSD leaves, then the real Socks reappears. The guys discuss the Top 30 thrash metal bands of all time (according to someone) and the mad stacks of scratch that these guys are pulling in.  5hole does some drunk amazon shopping.   What did he buy?

The guys start of praising Exhorder again after the idiots are having conversations in the new studio about the possibility of being on the air.  As is becomes apparent that 5hole isn't playing around, a fifth of tequila is gone, Socks is picking random bottles of booze to feed 5hole, all while threatening to destroy 5hole's youthful memories of better time by destroying his precious LEGO AT-AT.   The usual random incomplete and incoherent thoughts arise during the blackout hour and 5holed praises the Taint Smasha and does his best impression.  

Jeff and the 5hole are back after a successful trip to Cincinnati to spend the day with Exhorder as they released their first album in 27 years.  They discuss 5hole's glaring disregard for day drinking etiquette and how the blackout hour can come at any time.  Meanwhile, the 5hole is swilling his tequila and is baited by constant banter of socks.  In between watching the Pens game in the NEW studio, drinking and assaulting Socks, we call the lowest degenerate in all the land, Scumbag Steve, and try to collect on his debts.

Jeff and the 5hole return with technical difficulties again.  Jeff berates the IT department and is paranoid about the ability to stay on air.  5hole keeps his cool by....surprise, drinking tequila.  Before the blackout hour, which arrives 45 minutes early, 5hole brings up a horrific reminder of history and the cold bitch that is "Karma."  The high and mighty, all powerful, PR department sends 5hole some collegiate glamour shot.  It's all fuzzy after this as the blackout hour dominates once again.  

We return after a few weeks of technical difficulties and start off with 5Hole taking us back in time to a marina, where he polished off a bottle of booze and drove kids around in golf carts. Fast forward to today, he returns to the same marina and smashes a bottle of tequila in record time, turning the evening into the black out hour.....4 and a half hours early. He tells stories of fishing charters that result i the boat returning to dock hours early after punting a milk jug, YES A FUCKING MILK JUG full of booze. We show the new Exhorder song some love, and look forward to seeing the boys September 20 in Cincinnati.

5Hole paces himself this week, almost making it to The Black Out Hour, but half dusted redeems himself in the eyes of management, more importantly Socks! We discuss the new Exhorder and new Hatriot releases. Socks tries to wow the listeners with his obsession of a man with fake fart noises in a port-a-potty. What a week!!!

5Hole and Jeff discuss a wide variety of topics including Jose Mangin "borrowing" 5Hole's gimmick. We talk about the new Rock Iconz Pantera collection, what would have been today with the band, and a wise man still says Sacred Reich sucks.

The Absolute best portion of the "Fresh Materials" episode has been isolated and cleaned up.   To date, This is Jeff and the 5hole's finest hour.   BRING BACK THE MEXIMELT!!!

We return after a week off, with big news! We discuss the thought, more so the probability of Jose Mangin stealing 5Hole's gig. We discuss the amazing new Death Angel album "Humanicide". We get an update from the P.R. Department, and receive the news that we aren't up to par. We talk to a registered nurse, about the cure for a prolapsed rectum. We can give you solid advice that may literally save your ass after a huge blow out.

We read our weekly PR critique email, confirming our PR Rep think Jeff and 5Hole are special needs. We are very excited to welcome back our friend Marzi Montazeri to discuss all things Heavy As Texas, the upcoming tour, the possibility of Exhorder making a cameo in a Heavy As Texas video, or Heavy As Texas making an appearance in an Exhorder video, who knows, but we do broadcast from space! Jeff and  5Hole set out to make up for their mishaps from last week. No surprise, 5Hole is totally dusted again and apologizes numerous times. He paints a picture of Cleveland's finest mentally challenged lovers, and their public display of affection on public transportation. He tells romantic tales of a drunkn vomit laced kisses, and our PR messages us that Jeff crashed the train again.

Jeff and The 5Hole get direction from Laura, little tips to tweak this shipwreck of a show, only she said nothing!!! After we find our new publicist, as usual 5Hole gets shitty, they enlist the help of Plan B, after Socks bails on his big debut.

Long time friend Kyle Thomas of Exhorder is back on In The Pit Radio talking about a new Exhorder album, the Cleveland Browns, and bands that you missed the boat on originally, but rediscovered later on down the line that you totally love now!

Jeff and the 5Hole start things off tonight with well wishes for that dickhole Gordo. After about 15 minutes and a Jason Bittner interview later, 5Hole is shitty again and ready to make some calls. he reaches out on the call back to Rhonda at Wendy's to discuss fresh materials and god damn meximelts for his time traveling dog. He brings up the fact that he can speaks French, and decides to fuck with the French speaking eateries of the area to see if they can translate a mysterious French phrase.

Maximum Threshold / In The Pit Radio Exclusive!The two teams pair up to interview Overkill drummer, and old friend  Jason Bittner.  Jason discusses his transition into the band,  and recording “The Wings of War.”   

Jeff and the 5hole are joined by special guest, Damion.  After receiving life altering news, 5hole gets insanely hammered and plays phone calls he made to avenge his dead dog’s appetite.disclaimer:  Even though while we were recording this, everything sounded great, on playback we found an echo in the beginning of the episode.   Nothing we did could get rid of this anomaly.  We felt this was too good of a show not to share.
