Happy Galentine’s Day AKA Valentine’s Day ! We’re finally in the month of February and I got another dope conversation with the beautiful and super dope Goddess Amin B. On today’s episode, we’ll be talking about Yoga! Today is Valentine’s Day, and I thought it would be dope to touch on spiritual/mental health and how Yoga plays a part in mending both of those areas especially during this Valentine’s Day season. For a lot of you guys, Valentine’s day can be a hard day. So instead of us venting about the relationships that failed and hurt us, we’ll be using that same energy to talk about something that can really transform us to be better individuals.

I’m back! Did you miss me? Lol I’m playing but, it feels great to come back real quick. (I’m talking a quick hiatus, in a midst of studying for a test). I hope you guys have been enjoying your summer. In February, I did a episode called “Ladies Night” where I had a discussion with my gfs about love and dating. I thought since it’s basically been the battle of who’s a hot boy or hot girl this whole summer, I thought it would be interesting to have the same love and dating conversation with the fellas. So I brought three of my homies (Johnny, Eric, and Dave) to talk about there current experiences with dating/love.
