When I started panicking about the COVID-19, I thought getting tested would help me feel so much better. If I could see that beautiful “negative”, my mind would stop being so restless. The CDC said “Don’t touch your face.” and I couldn’t stop thinking and thinking : “If I can’t touch my face, is it because Coronavirus is in the air? Is it currently on my face? I lay with my face on the bed, so is it on my bedsheets too?... ” As if that was not enough stress, I came to realize something: I touch my face a lot.
