A space reserved for people of color, to come together. In my podcast I talk about how we navigate, celebrate, communicate and represent our cultures, religions, expressions, people, loves and lives in a heteronormative, patriarchal society.
This is my contribution to that state of the world. With most of the world feeling the anxious and stressed, mentally and emotionally during our "safer at home" and social distancing mandate during Covid-19, I wanted to help bring some type of peace and balance to our energies. This is what I use to help me regulate my feelings and not freak out. Here is the 15 minute guided mediation. I walk you through the process I use for mediation. In this episode, from start to finish I talk you through breathing, visualization and intention. Please feel free to use this daily. Share with your friends. I hope this helps.
