“It was one of the hardest things I ever wentthrough,” Jamie says of David’s passing. Jaime King’sOut-of-Body ExperienceMore than a decade after the death of the first man she ever loved, supermodel-turned-actress Jaime King reveals that the tragedy took its toll on her in a supernatural way. Interviewed on Spiritual Warriors, Jaime – who stars opposite Mickey Rourke and Jessica Alba in next year’s Sin City 2 – says that after her beau, fashion photographer David Sorrenti, passed away from a rare genetic blood disorder in 1997, she would never be the same. “I was 17 years old and for the first time in my life I realized how precious life was. It really thew me into a tailspin where I was having a lot of anxiety and panic attacks. All of a sudden I realized life at any moment could be gone,” she tells host Jsu Garcia. “I remember I went to sleep one night and I had this really weird out-of-body experience where all of a sudden I was up in the ceiling and I opened my eyes and I’m looking at the ceiling and I turned around and I was looking at my body in the bed,” adds the Fanboys star. Also on the show is Fanboys director Kyle Newman.

“I’m his best pal,” Eric tells us of Muddy (above).(Photo: The Pet Press) Eric Roberts’ Beloved PoochSoon to Pass Away TooAnyone cheering Mickey Rourke’s big comeback could not help but have been touched by the February 16 passing of his pet Chihuahua Loki. “I said to myself that I’d rather have Loki for two more years than an Oscar,” Mickey – who was nominated for his role in The Wrestler – told reporters six days later while making his way up the red carpet at the Academy Awards. Now, sadly, we learn that Mickey’s pal Eric Roberts will soon be grieving the passing of a beloved pet as well. Interviewed on BlogTalkRadio’s Spiritual Warriors, Eric says Muddy, his 14-year-old half-pit bull, half- German shorthair, is in the final stages of cancer. “We have his lungs drained about twice a week. And we’re keeping him alive because he still wags his tail,” Eric tells host Jsu Garcia. “But I believe this will probably be his last week here, because he’s starting now to get unhappy. So when he gets uncomfortable, I’m gonna put him to sleep,” adds the actor, who co-starred with Mickey in The Pope of Greenwich Village, and will be reunited with him in next year’s The Expendables. “But we’re trying to keep him happy. And I’ll keep him with me all day long, up until that happens.” Eric also talks about Mickey’s recent public grieving of Loki, telling Jsu, “He meant it from the bottom of his heart. Don’t think he didn’t.”
