What do you do when the man who once slid into your DMs ends up becoming your husband? If you're Kiara Liz Ortega, you marry him in Ireland at the actual P.S. I Love You bridge, wear a black diamond ring, and then laugh years later about the fact that yes—technically—you married your stalker. In this unfiltered, hilarious, and heart-tugging episode, the former Miss Universe Puerto Rico and star of The Bay opens up with Pol' Atteu and Patrik Simpson about everything from red-carpet disasters to her chaotic globe-trotting honeymoon. Imagine this: France, Italy, Qatar (during missile strikes, no less), the Maldives, Egypt, and Spain—all in just a few weeks. Kiara dishes on luxury bungalows, underwater hotels, driving through Spain like locals, and the surreal moment of almost canceling a trip because bombs were flying overhead. But the glamour didn't come without the drama. From falling down studio stairs mid-shoot (and her husband casually saying “I'll call you tomorrow” at 3 a.m.) to navigating soap opera storylines covered in blood yet dressed in couture, Kiara keeps the laughs rolling. She reveals how she hid her gowns from fellow pageant girls to avoid sabotage, walked a stage with mismatched shoes, survived zippers breaking right before a red carpet, and even flashed the wrong underwear during finals night—all while keeping her crown intact. Fashion lovers will swoon over the Runway Rundown details of her emerald gown designed by Pol' Atteu, a dress that somehow looked breathtaking even while she was dodging soap-opera gunfire. Meanwhile, Pol' and Patrik roast her kitchen skills, insisting she looked like she'd never seen a stove while filming, which Kiara blames entirely on her character, Dre Collins Castro. And then the tone shifts. The much-anticipated coffee reading uncovers something deeper—a snow globe from Hollywood she must keep close to anchor her balance, a wish from childhood she's still carrying, and the undeniable pull between financial stability and her true passion: acting. Vulnerable and raw, Kiara admits she longs to represent Puerto Rico not just with a crown, but with her craft, her voice, and her heart. She recalls the resilience of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, where strangers pushed each other's cars in endless gas lines, laughter breaking through despair. For Kiara, that memory fuels her drive: to keep representing her island proudly in every project she takes on. By the end, we've laughed at the absurd (duct tape as a fashion savior), swooned over romance (a whirlwind proposal just four months in), gasped at the near disasters (missiles in Qatar, broken gowns, chaotic commutes), and sat in awe as Kiara shared the most mystical moment of all—the coffee cup confirming a wish she's carried since she was ten years old. This isn't just a podcast episode. It's a full ride: pageant sabotage, stalker-turned-husband romance, international honeymoon chaos, couture breakdowns, and a mystical glimpse at the future. Kiara Liz Ortega proves she's more than a queen—she's a survivor, a storyteller, and a Puerto Rican star who's just getting started. So grab your coffee, buckle up, and prepare to be undressed in the best way possible.   CHAPTERS: Subscribe to our audio: linktr.ee/undressedpod Follow Pol Atteu:  Instagram: @polatteu  Tiktok: @polatteu  Twitter: @polatteu  www.polatteu.com Follow Patrik Simpson:  Instagram: @patriksimpson  Tiktok: @patriksimpsonbh www.patriksimpson.com Follow SnowWhite90210: Instagram: @snowwhite90210 Twitter: @SnowWhite9010 www.snowwhite90210.com Watch Gown and Out In Beverly Hills on Prime Video.  www.gownandoutinbeverlyhills.com #UndressedPodcast  Armenian Coffee Reading: https://polatteu.com/armenian-coffee-cup-read Learn more about your ad choices. Garth Heckman The David Alliance TDAgiantSlayer@Gmail.com    Robin: EVERYTHING WAS HOLY….       What are five things no one would know about Burt Ward who played Robin in the TV show Batman?   ### 1. **A Speed-Reading Sensation**   Before hitting the big time, young Burt became an accomplished speed-reader. He was tested before the American Medical Society in Beverly Hills and clocked a staggering **30,000 words per minute with 90% comprehension**—far beyond average reading speeds. ([Classic Movie Hub - CMH][1], [TV Banter][2])   ---   ### 2. **World's Youngest Professional Ice Skater**   At just **two years old**, Burt was featured in the magazine *Strange as It Seems* as the **world's youngest professional ice skater**, thanks to a traveling ice show owned by his father. ([Wikipedia][3], [Classic Movie Hub - CMH][1])   ---   ### 3. **He Did (Most of) His Own Dangerous Stunts**   Unlike many stars, Burt performed most of his own stunts, even though his face made using a stunt double difficult. This led to multiple emergency room visits—**dozens**, he says—due to injuries from stunts like being tied to a table with a real buzz saw inches away or suspended above Bengal tigers. ([Wikipedia][3], [Express][4])   A Reddit user humorously shared one of Burt's more wild stories, recalling how during one stunt he was flung from the Batmobile when the door unexpectedly opened—and cracked an arm. ([Reddit][5])   ---   ### 4. **Musical Collaborations with Frank Zappa**   During *Batman*'s peak, Burt recorded several tracks produced by Tom Wilson and arranged by Frank Zappa. Notably, he released a single featuring "Boy Wonder, I Love You" (written by Zappa) and a cover of "Orange Colored Sky." ([Wikipedia][3], [Classic Movie Hub - CMH][1])   ---   ### 5. **Rescue Work for Giant-Breed Dogs**   Beyond Hollywood, Burt—and his wife Tracy—devoted themselves to canine welfare. In **1994**, they founded *Gentle Giants Rescue and Adoptions*, significantly impacting the lives of giant-breed dogs. Their nonprofit has facilitated **over 15,500 adoptions** and often houses around **50 dogs at home** awaiting forever families. ([Wikipedia][3], [People.com][6]) Additionally, their company *Gentle Giants* produces natural pet food aimed at boosting pets' longevity and wellbeing. ([People.com][6])   ---   ### Bonus Tidbits:   * Burt actually chose his own stage name: swapping “Gervis” for *Ward* (his mother's maiden name) and altering “Bert” to “Burt” because it had more punch. ([Wikipedia][3], [Classic Movie Hub - CMH][1]) * He holds a **Guinness World Record** for portraying the same live-action superhero in the most episodes (120 as Robin). ([Facts.net][7], [The Famous People][8]) * In **2020**, Burt received a star on the **Hollywood Walk of Fame**—a fitting tribute to the iconic Boy Wonder. ([Hollywood Walk of Fame][9])   To understand the deep meaning of redemption in Greek scripture, it is essential to explore the key terms used by New Testament writers, primarily agorazō and its cognates (exagorazō), and lytron with its related forms (apolytrōsis, lytrōsis). These words paint a picture of redemption as a decisive, costly, and legally binding rescue from the slavery of sin and its consequences.  Key Greek words for redemption Agorazō (ἀγοράζω) and exagorazō (ἐξαγοράζω) The verb agorazō means "to buy or purchase" and is derived from agora, the Greek marketplace or slave market. The related verb exagorazō, which means "to buy out or buy from," intensifies this meaning.  Bought at a price: The use of agorazō emphasizes that humanity was on the auction block of sin but has been purchased by Christ. Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 6:20, "For you were bought with a price" (ēgorasthēte timēs), underscoring the high cost of this purchase. Freedom from the Law: The more intensive term exagorazō highlights a targeted purchase designed to remove something or someone from their previous state. For example, Galatians 4:5 says Christ came to "redeem those who were under the law" (exagorazō tous hupo nomon). This signifies not just a general purchase but a deliberate act of freeing people from the curse and bondage of the Law.  Lytron (λύτρον), apolytrōsis (ἀπολύτρωσις), and lytrōsis (λύτρωσις) This cluster of words emphasizes the idea of a ransom payment that brings about release. Lytron (ransom price): Lytron specifically refers to the monetary price paid to free a slave or captive. In Matthew 20:28 and Mark 10:45, Jesus says he came "to give his life as a ransom (lytron) for many," directly comparing his death to a payment made to secure the freedom of others. Apolytrōsis (completed redemption): The preposition apo is an intensifier, making apolytrōsis a "stronger form" of the word that denotes a complete and finalized liberation. This is the word used when describing the future, full redemption of believers' bodies at the resurrection (Romans 8:23) and the day of ultimate redemption (Ephesians 4:30). Lytrōsis (the experience of release): This noun refers to the deliverance or liberation that results from the payment of a ransom. Hebrews 9:12 explains that Christ "obtained eternal redemption (lytrōsis) for us".  The holistic and progressive nature of redemption The deep meaning of redemption in the Greek New Testament moves beyond a simple, one-time transaction to a multi-faceted and progressive work of God.  Past: An accomplished fact The price for sin has been paid through Christ's death on the cross, accomplishing a decisive and objective redemption for all believers. The sacrifice of Christ is the ultimate ransom (lytron), securing our justification and the forgiveness of sins (Romans 3:24).  Present: An ongoing reality The power of redemption is at work in believers' lives, delivering them from sin's power and purifying them to be a people for God's possession (Titus 2:14). As part of this transformation, believers are no longer slaves to sin but bondservants of righteousness (Romans 6:18).  Future: A complete deliverance Redemption is not yet fully realized. Believers "groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies" (Romans 8:23). The final stage of redemption will be the complete liberation from corruption and the resurrection of our bodies when Christ returns (Luke 21:28).  A covenantal and communal significance Understanding the Greek word for redemption also brings with it significant implications for our relationship with God and others.  A treasured possession (peripoiēsis) 1 Peter 2:9 refers to believers as "a people for his own possession (peripoiēsis)." The Greek term highlights that God did not simply purchase us to release us, but to acquire and preserve us as his treasured property. This identity echoes the Old Testament concept of Israel as God's segullah, his special, prized possession.  Motivating holiness - HOLY MOTIVATION BATMAN The knowledge that we belong to God motivates believers to live holy lives and not grieve the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:30). The infinite cost of our redemption, the blood of Christ (1 Peter 1:18–19), calls believers to live not for themselves but for Christ.

The message was delivered on Sunday, July 27th, 2025, at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Rev. Dr. Marlin Lavanhar, Senior Minister. DESCRIPTION: What if the greatest wisdom about love came from children? When 4 to 8-year-olds were asked "What does love mean?" their answers revealed profound truths that adults often miss. From a grandfather painting his arthritic wife's toenails to a little boy who simply sat and helped his grieving neighbor cry, these stories illuminate love's true nature. But here's the deeper question: Are you truly listening to where love is leading your life? This message explores how love becomes our most reliable compass through life's toughest decisions - from family conflicts to impossible choices. What happens when we make love our lens for every situation? Through the touching story of "Chicken Farmer, I Love You" painted on a small town rock, discover how authentic love persists even when circumstances change, people move away, or others try to paint over it. The message that appeared years later - "Chicken Farmer, I Still Love You" - reveals something eternal about love's nature. Why do some people carry deep regrets while others find peace in their choices? The answer might surprise you. When facing your most difficult decisions, there's one question that cuts through confusion and brings clarity: What would love have you do? Will choosing love always guarantee the outcome you want? What happens when love demands sacrifice, patience, or forgiveness? How can we live with "indiscriminate love" in a world full of conflict and pain? Singer-songwriter Ray LaMontagne doesn't do a ton of press, so we were thrilled to get some time with him to discuss his latest tour and the 20th anniversary reissue of his album Trouble. First released in 2005, Trouble peaked at No. 164 on the Billboard 200. His next album, Till the Sun Turns Black, went to No. 28. His next three albums all reached No. 3: Gossip in the Grain from 2008, God Willin' and the Creek Don't Rise from 2010, and Supernova from 2014. Ray got one track into Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart, “You Are the Best Right,” in 2008. The song was featured in the film I Love You, Man.  Ray's ninth and latest album, Long Way Home, was released in 2024. Long Way Home was released independently (through Thirty Tigers, a Nashville-based distributor) after eight previous albums through RCA Records. The lead single, the R&B-soaked “Step Into Your Power,” topped Billboard's Adult Alternative Airplay chart in August 2024.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Do you think we are more divided now than ever? Are you tired of conflicts? Do you want to try to get along with others better? Lisa continues the conversation today with our guest James Twyman. James is known as a “Peace Troubadour” as he has united millions of people around the world with his music and messages of peace. He knows that there IS a way to get along. If we can give up the need to be right, we can listen and learn from one another. James is attempting to start a movement to further the idea of communication and peace. He talks about taking a very short survey on www.de-polarize.com. Can we be humorous with one another? Laughter also heals and brings people together. The biggest issue is that we don't listen to one another. Love can bring us together, and that's not about being “right.” James and Lisa also talk about safety in a conversation and how to navigate, knowing you may get verbally attacked. When we don't honor one another's opinions, and get into arguments, it may not feel safe. Yet, we are on the precipice of a wonderful opportunity. We can all become de-polarizing agents by finding ways to creatively communicate. James offers tools and will be teaching classes about peaceful ways to communicate and listen to one another. It's part of his movement toward peace. It starts with being open and mindful. If we create an open space for dialogue, and listen with love and compassion, others will as well. James also shares his experiences in Iraq and with Saddam Hussein. He held a peace concert and found people coming together in music. He discovered that they had much more in common and could heal their differences.  People around the world were also meditating for peace and miracles occurred. If this can happen in war-torn circumstances, we can learn how to be peaceful toward people with differing beliefs. James is an Episcopal Franciscan and Anglican priest. His latest book is “I Don't Know, Maybe, I Love You: How to De-Polarize Your Family, Business, Country and the World.” This is Part 2 of the interview. Do you find yourself with opposing viewpoints and arguing with your family, friends, or neighbors? Do people seem more hostile? Are you tired of all of the division in this world? Is it possible to “agree to disagree”? According to today's guest James Twyman, there IS a way to get along. James is known as a “Peace Troubadour” as he has united millions of people around the world with his music and messages of peace. His latest book is “I Don't Know, Maybe, I Love You: How to De-Polarize Your Family, Business, Country and the World.” The title came about when he was arguing with his brother on the phone during Covid. At a particularly heated moment, James said to his brother, “I don't know. Maybe. I love you, brother.” He realized this could be a way to de-escalate the disagreement. James talks about attending an international Peace Conference held by the Pope in which many different religious leaders were invited to express their own prayers of peace from their faith. James then turned each of the prayers into songs. He explains that there is a magic when you combine prayers with music. He's written 24 books and numerous songs and albums for the past several decades. He talks about the “pandemic of being right” and how difficult it is to communicate. It seems so challenging to “talk to the other side,” but if we go into compassion and love, it becomes possible. We cannot allow differing opinions to separate us. If we can just listen to one another, maybe we can come to an understanding. We are here to love one another. We can let go of the addiction to being right. He also talks about the teachings of Saint Francis, as he himself is an Episcopal Franciscan and Anglican priest. During the time of Saint Francis, it was also highly divisive. Saint Francis talked about how the real message of Christ is to love one another. He learned from the Islamic religious leaders and brought that back to Italy. We don't have to make people wrong just because their beliefs and opinions are different from ours. We can be genuinely curious and listen to one another. He asks us to consider the possibility that we can actually learn from one another. We have a choice and can be kind to each other. We can always find things that we agree upon. EVERYTHING'S GOING TO BE GREAT in Theaters now!Director Jon S BairdWriter Steven RogersThe Smart family's life takes a dramatic turn when tragedy forces them to confront their oversized dreams, struggles with identity and chaotic regional theater life. As theater manager parents (Allison Janney and Bryan Cranston) work to support their two sons — a hunky football star (Jack Champion) and his flamboyant, theater-loving younger brother (Benjamin Evan Ainsworth) — unexpected circumstances compel them to move in with Janney's estranged brother (Chris Cooper). What begins as a temporary arrangement soon unravels years of familial tension, prompting each member to reevaluate their place in the world and in their relationships.Director Jon S. Baird orchestrates this warmly observant comedy-drama with a perfect balance of sharp humor and poignant family dynamics. The powerhouse cast delivers nuanced performances, with Janney and Cranston demonstrating once again why they are among the most versatile actors working today. Their chemistry grounds the film's journey through artistic ambition and life's unexpected detours, while Cooper adds layers of complexity as the long-estranged brother. From writing movies (including a “HALL OF PRESIDENTS” SciFi comedy) to acting in 100s of shows to playing in a Smiths tribute band Thomas Lennon doesn't stop. And don't try to stop him. Bio:  Thomas Lennon is an actor, producer and New York Times Best Selling author from Oak Park, Illinois. He attended the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where he was a member of the influential sketch comedy group The State. The State's hit television series ran on MTV for three seasons and received an Ace Award nomination for Best Comedy Series.  After his work on The State, he created two more popular series: Viva Variety and Reno 911!, on which he also played Lieutenant Jim Dangle. Lennon has also written numerous feature films, including Night at the Museum, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Reno 911!: Miami, The Pacifier, Balls of Fury and Hell Baby. In addition to writing films, Lennon co-authored, Writing Movies for Fun and Profit, a book about the studio system that Anna Kendrick called, “The Best Book about Hollywood… Hilarious and insanely accurate,” in the New York Times. In 2019, Lennon debuted on the New York's Bestseller List with his children's book Ronan Boyle and the Bridge of Riddles. In March of 2020, Lennon released the sequel with Ronan Boyle and the Swamp of Certain Death followed by the third installment of the series, Ronan Boyle: Into the Strange Place in 2022. A DreamWorks Animation feature film of the Ronan Boyle series is currently in development.  As an actor, Lennon has appeared in the films Transformers: Age of Extinction, The Dark Knight Rises, Le Divorce, Heights, Conversations with Other Women, Memento, 17 Again, I Love You, Man, Cedar Rapids, Knight of Cups, Bad Teacher, Harold and Kumar 3D and What to Expect When You're Expecting. His other credits include Netflix's A Futile and Stupid Gesture, Half Magic opposite Heather Graham and Clint Eastwood's The 15:57 to Paris. He can be seen in the Russo Brother's film CHERRY, with Tom Holland. In television he has been seen in How I Met Your Mother, Sean Saves the World, The Odd Couple, Drunk History, The Santa Clarita Diet, Supergirl, Lethal Weapon, and The Twilight Zone.  Lennon also recently produced a musical stage adaptation of the beloved 1980's film TRADING PLACES.  Lennon lives in Los Angeles and Wisconsin with his wife, the actress Jenny Robertson, and their son, Oliver.Aired 7-2-25
